Just days after Life & Style magazine reported E! reality star Kendra Wilksinson turned down Playboy because she wanted to lose more weight, Kendra is now attempting to set the record straight.
In a new interview with E!, the Kendra star actually admits she was planning to pose nude again in Playboy but explains she had a change of heart after her husband Hank Baskett found out about it and had a talk with her.
The 25-year-old mother of one says she hired a photographer to take some test shots and get this, Hank didn’t find out about it until he came home one afternoon to find his wife posing in the living room in some skimpy attire.
“He didn’t yell at me,” Kendra says. “He wasn’t mad at me for doing that photo shoot. He actually sat down with me and he went over the reasons of doing it. And you know, my reasons weren’t right. I wanted to do Playboy for the wrong reasons. The wrong reasons are to prove people wrong, not to prove it to myself but to people and to put my middle finger up to everybody and be like, ‘I’m going to do Playboy!’ But that wasn’t the right reason, you know?”
Life & Style adds that Kendra’s first pictorial in Playboy was in 2005 with former Girls Next Door co-stars Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt.
So Kendra just basically admitted she was planning to pose for Playboy again behind her husband’s back. Must say this story isn’t helping shut down those reports of marital problems between the two.

I don’t really understand this. Hank knew what kind of woman he was getting when he started dating her and knocked her up and married her. I guess he thought he could “change” her and is realizing what everyone else already knows about turnin a ho into a housewife. Now all of a sudden he has a problem with her posing nude? And she knew this and was trying to hide it? This relationship is doomed.
@3-It sounds like they both thought the other would change. He thought she could become some demure housewife; while she thought he would turn into a big-deal player with a football team that would leave them in one city for years.
Kendra needs to go to school and get a skill of some sort. Looks fade and titties droop. You HAVE to have something else to fall back on.
What did Hank think he was buying – girl next door? He knew Kendra’s skanky past, no pity for when she dumps and takes him for all she can. And we all know she will.

@ Lola – You hit the nail on the head! Those are my thoughts exactly. It’s a shame because he seems like a really decent fellow. I think he’s looking for a true housewife and soccer mom, those are two things Kendra definitely are not.
Not to knock Kendra because I think she’s gorgeous and funny but she’s kidding herself thinking she’s housewife material. She’s young and is trying to do what she thinks is expected but she’ll learn soon enough doing what is expected isn’t what’s best.
