Jersey Shore’s Snooki Graces Rolling Stone Cover, Wants To Be Next Jessica Simpson

No, hell has not frozen over, and yes, that is Snooki aka Nicole Polizzi gracing the latest cover of Rolling Stone magazine solo.

“Snooki’s Wild Ride – America’s #1 Party Girl” reads the cover of Rolling Stone under a photo of the Jersey Shore star on a rocket, and no, the rocket doesn’t take her out of space or to an alternate planet to never be heard from again.

The mag showcases the 23-year-old New York native’s fame ride from being a former veterinary assistant into a reality TV superstar with a best-selling book, a $20,000 personal appearance fee, a line of jewelry and a spin-off TV show in the works. And while the fourth season of the mega hit show is scheduled to film in Italy during Spring, Snooki reveals she is well aware her MTV days are numbered, and has devised a plan to extend her 15 minutes of fame.

Snooki On Plans After Jersey Shore – “When Jersey Shore ends I’m going to do more spinoffs,” Snooki tells the mag. “If MTV doesn’t want them, another network will be, like, ‘What does Snooki do now?’ or ‘Snooki’s getting married!’ What I’d like is to turn out like Jessica Simpson, with her whole brand. She makes millions. I’m trying to build an empire, because after this I can’t get a normal job. I mean, how do I go and sit behind a desk?”

Snooki On Being Tired of How She’s Perceived – “If I do something stupid, which is pretty much the whole time, I hate it. Obviously, they’re only going to put the good stuff in, and the good stuff is us drunk, so all I’m seeing is me drunk and falling down,” she explains. “That’s how I am when I party. But some of the stuff I do is, like, ‘Really, Nicole?’ I look like a freakin’ alcoholic. I’m like, ‘You’re sweating, your makeup is running, you look gross.’ I just look like sh*t.”

Snooki On Jersey Shore Being Like A Prison – “It messes with your head. That’s why we go crazy. That’s why we fight with each other. That’s why we drink,” Snooki tells Rolling Stone. “We’re living in a house for two months with that sh*t. We can’t have cellphones, TV, radio or the Internet. If the president died, we’d have no idea. There’s no normalcy. It’s just like prison, with cameras.”

Below are some more images from Snooki’s Rolling Stone article, including a childhood photo and photos of Snooki as a cheerleader in High School.

Moving on to tonight’s all new episode of the Jersey Shore. On the 10th episode this season, Sammi’s return to the house leaves Ronnie at a loss for words. Meanwhile, Snooki’s feelings for Vinny grow, and Mike hooks up with a girl who seems to have a strange odor.
