RHOM’s Alexia Echevarria’s Son Peter Rosello Investigated for Punching Homeless Man as a Prank

I believe that the Countess said it best when she sang (rapped?) "Money Can't Buy You Class."  That seems to go double for the children of the women in the Bravo franchise.  Many have had situations that don't necessarily paint them in the best of light.  Again, I think the Countess can attest to that as well!

Well, now I think one of the Real Housewives of Miami offspring may have just taken the cake.  Alexia Echevarria's son Peter Rosello was known on the first season as the kid whose self-confidence she was trying to build by getting him into modeling.  He may be a model, but he certainly wasn't displaying model behavior when he videotaped himself punching a homeless person in his business and then posted the video online.  I just can't make up this stuff!

TMZ is reporting that the video was shot in South Beach last week, and police are looking into the assault.  In the footage, Peter is seen looking into the camera and describing his "prank" as "punching a hobo in the nuts."  Wow.  He then approaches a homeless man and tells him he's going to give him five dollars, but instead he slams his fist into the poor man's crotch.  Peter and the camera operator then make their getaway in an awaiting car.

According to the Huffington Post, the video was titled "Hobo Get Nutchecked."  I have no words.  While there were no good indicators to determine where the video was filmed, a homeless resources officer identified the man as Gary Lee.  Police have reportedly taken Mr. Lee's sworn statement regarding the incident.  Peter could be charged with the felony of third degree battery of a homeless person if arrested.

A representative for the Miami police department says, "The detectives are talking to his attorney [right now] and we're going from there," further indicating that Peter would likely be taken into custody.

In response to people talking about the video, Peter wrote on his Facebook page, "it’s funnyyyyyyyy,” adding, “im fu**ing around though. I feel bad for those people. didn’t mean to offend anyone. they got my love, i always give them like 5 bucks or weed."  Oh, well why didn't you say so in the first place?  As long as you sometimes give them weed, that makes it all better!  Geez.

Peter's step-father issued a statement saying, "It's an unfortunate thing.  But it just looks like kids playing. It’s not really violent.”  Yeah, that's how I used to play when I was a teenager.  I'd just go around punching strangers in their business for giggles!  Unfortunately for me though, we didn't have the means to capture it on video.

I mean, are you kidding me?  I hope this entitled little punk does get arrested, and I hope he actually gets some form of punishment.  He needs to do a ton of community service with the homeless.  A TON.  This makes me so flipping mad.  You will be happy to learn that he's deactivated his Twitter.  I guess I won't be able to tweet him @PeteyWeedy anymore.  Darn.

TELL US-WHAT DO YOU THINK OF PETER'S PRANK?  SHOULD HE BE ARRESTED?
