1970's inspired bag lady stylist turned designer returned to Bravo last night with a vengeance. That's right! The fifth season of the Rachel Zoe Project premiered, and it started off on a very bad note thanks to Page Six.
Way back in August, Page Six published a scathing article saying that Rachel Zoe's new line was in trouble and was not attracting customers at high end department stores. The article speculating that her show would be canned before a fifth season could air. Well, we all know that last part isn't true! As you can imagine, Rachel wasn't too thrilled with the article, and we got to see her reaction play out in our living rooms.

Last night's season opened with Rachel and husband Rodger Berman discussing the piece, with a disinterested Rachel stating, "Nothing about what [Page Six] printed was accurate," adding, "I just think Page Six prints things without actually fact checking.
Rodger has his wife's back, stating, "This is completely made up crap, but people will believe it, and that's what's so sad." Oh, Rodg…I think wifey could have lived without hearing that last part.
It seems that Rachel gave Page Six exactly what it wanted…more press! Page Six Emily tweeted the following gem with the below picture. Ouch! She wrote, "@ Rachel Zoe slams Page Six. Sometimes the facts speak for themselves." Mee and yow!
This is quite the cat fight. Who do you think will win round 3?
