Like sand through the hourglass, these are the days of the Kardashian's lives. There's never a dull moment in Kamp K and in the latest drama to hit the family who lives for a tabloid exploit, Kourtney Kardashian's alleged ex-lover filed a paternity suit against her claiming he's Mason's biological father!
Male-model <insert Zoolander voice here> Michael Girgenti got tired of doing the Le Tigre and decided to engage in an on-set dalliance with Kourtney instead. The two met during an August 2008 photo shoot and he claims Kourtney was all kinds of complaining about Scott Disick at the time.
In court documents hand delivered to them by Kris Jenner obtained by TMZ, Michael recalls that Kourtney said she and Scott were "on the outs" and she "wanted to hang" with Michael. They started a text relationship that turned into a sexual one in April 2009.

In one encounter of the Kardashian kind, Michael recounts a hookup with Kourtney in Glendale, CA where he maintains they had "unprotected vaginal sex". Michael claims during that time he "ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina." Oooohhh… saucy!
And 9 months later out popped Mason! Michael does know pregnancy is actually 10 months, right? Just checking… Mr Male Model insists that he immediately saw a "striking resemblance" to himself in Mason and tried contacting Kourtney, who refused to respond. Michael says since Kourtney was ignoring him he had no other option but to turn to the media to get her attention, which is why he started selling spilling his story to tabloids. Uh-huh.
Michael cites the fact that Penelope looks nothing like Mason as further evidence that they have different fathers.
In the court documents he filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Michael is requesting a DNA test for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and himself. And he wants joint-custody of Mason. The judge set a hearing for next month.
Kourtney's attorney, Shawn Holley (of LiLo fame) says Michael's allegations are "false and defamatory."
I dunno, I personally think both Mason and Penelope look exactly alike and both look a lot like Scott, particularly around the eyes. TMZ has some close-ups of both kids.
I don't give this story any merit, particularly since Kardashian hub TMZ is covering it which means, it's likely approved kommunication if you katch my drift…
