16 and Pregnant couple Ebony Jackson and Josh Rendon had their daughter taken away by Child Protective Services Tuesday night after cops invaded their home.
What the cops discovered is pretty shocking as well as vomit inducing. According to TMZ, cops decided to pay the former MTV reality stars a visit after someone called the Department of Human Services, complaining about the living conditions in the house.
It appears the cops had good reason to do so. The police report reveals, “Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls, and clothing.”
Even more horrific, “The house was full of flies and in some areas, maggots.” The cops add that evidence of “synthetic marijuana” was also discovered. The couple had their 2-year-old daughter taken away from them, and rightfully so. Animal control was also called to rescue three dogs in the house.
In addition to losing their daughter, Josh and wife Ebony, 20, were also arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and drug possession.
Josh, who starred on season one with Ebony, spoke to TMZ and took responsibility for the mess. He stated, “It was fair for them to charge us with this. [Our house] wasn’t clean.”
The couple was released from custody on Wednesday after they each posted an $8,000 bond. Josh and Ebony are now working hard to try to get back their daughter, who remains in CPS custody.

The NY Daily News is reporting the women pictured above from left to right, Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson, and Aviva Drescher, have signed on to do the show. Below are brief bios of each of the new poor souls ladies –
Carole Radziwill – Carole is a distant relative of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis through her late husband Anthony Radziwill. Anthony’s mother Lee Radziwill is Jackie’s little sister. Anthony passed away of cancer in 1999 just four weeks after John F. Kennedy Jr and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy died in a plane crash. Carole was very close friends with Carolyn. Carole, a former ABC producer and now a bestselling author, appeared on the Oprah Show in 2005 to discuss her memoir What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love. She has no kids and is reportedly single.
Heather Thomson – Heather is described as a successful designer and stylist. She owns the shapewear business, Yummie Tummie, which is sold in over 2,000 stores and has been featured as one of Oprah Winfrey’s “Favorite Things.” Jill’s not going to be happy about this! She has worked with the likes of Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez to help create and launch their respective labels. Heather is a married mom of two.
Aviva Drescher – is married to Reid Drescher, founder of Spencer Clarke Securities & Investment Banking. The couple have three children together. Sources says producers wanted a “Wall Street wife,” and Aviva just happens to fit the bill perfectly.
While Heather and Aviva have crossed paths with some of the RHONY housewives, a source states Carole has “never met any of the women.” Should be an interesting season!
Meanwhile Ramona Singer, one of the lucky three housewives who didn’t get fired by Bravo, is now speaking out on the firings while also revealing Jill was “cancerous” to her.
Ramona, who was “surprised” by the firings, tells the HollywoodLife, “I think Jill being gone will be [good] for me … Jill became a negative force in my life… It was just too much negative energy. There’s nothing wrong with having altercations and disagreements and arguments, but it can consume you and it can’t become cancerous. I felt with Jill, that’s what it became for me.”
In unusual Ramona fashion, she actually reveals she is sorta sad about the ladies’ departures. “I’m sad to see the other women go,” says Ramona. “I’ve been with some of them since the beginning and we kind of plowed the way with our show. So it’s sad, but it’s also on the same token, Bravo’s smart. They listen to the fans and I’m excited about it. Sometimes change is good.”
And finally, Jill continues to do her press tour, using the firing as a way to promote her Skweez Couture shapeware line. Jill gave an interview to GMA this morning during which she claimed she’s okay with Bravo’s decision because her line is now bringing in millions of dollars.
She also spoke about RHONY stating the show had become toxic and that while fans complained about all the fighting, it was sort of encouraged via the high ratings. Actually a valid point except things simply got too nasty on RHONY mostly thanks to Jill. When you start accusing your costar’s husband of physically attacking you to garner public sympathy, then that’s when the show stops being fun.
It gets even better as Jill also spoke about Taylor Armstrong. She said if she were in Taylor’s shoes, she would take 6 – 12 months off from talking to the press, while also quitting the housewives series. “Honestly, I wouldn’t talk to the press or anyone for six months to a year,” said Jill. “I would buckle down with my family and I probably wouldn’t come back on the show.”
Can you imagine Jill going 6 months without talking to the press??? Or even a week for that matter? Yes, neither can I! A video clip of Jill’s interview is below –
TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE NEW HOUSEWIVES? PLUS THOUGHTS ON JILL & RAMONA’S COMMENTS?
The affair became public knowledge last week after Michaele’s soon to be ex-husband Tareq Salahi publicly stated she had been missing and kidnapped. TMZ however reported the next day that the former Real Housewives of DCstar had simply decided to run off with Journey guitarist Neal, whom she had been having a 2-year affair with.
In their first interview since the incident became public, the two are speaking out about their relationship and how they became a couple.
“It’s like a fairy tale. It is, it really is,” said Neal to the Daily Beast about finally being able to be out in the open with Michaele. “I’m very happy, very happy after waiting for her for 15 years. Now I want to get beyond all this media hype that Tareq has put out there. It’s really quite embarrassing.”
It gets even better as Michaele goes on to reveal that she dated both Tareq and Neal back in the late ’90s, but ultimately decided to choose Tareq after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. She apparently believed she would receive better care from him.
“I chose Tareq over Neal because I thought life would be less stressful living on a vineyard in Virginia,” said Michaele. “Life on the road with a rock band…well, I thought I might not have been able to keep up.”
The two admit that the Journey concert at Tareq’s winery in Virgina early this month (Tareq was also in attendance) was a turning point in their affair relationship. “I began to see he really loved me. I had to begin to feel it completely in my soul, ” she said with Neal adding that Michaele told him she loved him that night.
“What happened was…she takes off her wedding ring…right in front of Tareq. Takes it off,” Neal explains. “And then she proceeds to come into my dressing room where I’m sitting down. I have tennis shoes on and she’s like, nine feet tall over me. And she looks down at me like she’s standing on stilts and says ‘I love you, and that’s never gonna change.’ And when that happened I said, ‘Get over here! This has taken 15 years!”
Michaele adds that she wanted to get on the tour bus and run off with Neal that night but ultimately decided to go home with Tareq to avoid humiliating him. Though she would end up doing just that about a week later.
“I didn’t want to hurt anyone, but I realized I was hurting myself,” she said of her decision to finally leave Tareq, whom she refers to as “controlling.” Neal chimes in adding that Tareq would order Michaele around, take away her money, phone and car so she had to be dependent on him, and also tell her when she could and couldn’t leave the house.
“I was going crazy,” says Michaele. “Because when you want to be with someone that bad, you start to go crazy. He [Neal] sent someone to come get me. I got on a plane by myself and I just went. I just walked away from everything.”
There’s also speculation that Neal’s July wedding to wife Ava Fabian might have been more of a spiritual ceremony and not a legally binding wedding.
Ultimately fans of the show didn’t give Metta World Peace a chance as Ron became the first star to be eliminated this season. Ron and his partner/newbie Peta Murgatroyd received the lowest scores on Monday, earning a mere 14 points out of a possible 30.
Ron, 31, however took his elimination in stride. “All I want to know is who’s coming with me?” he joyfully stated after his dismissal.
He then went on to thank his partner. “Peta was great! She was awesome,” said Ron. “I want to say thank you to ABC, Dancing With the Stars and Peta. I had a great time!”
The 11 remaining celebs have less than a week to learn their new dances for Monday, Sept. 26.
Exactly two years after filing bankruptcy in 2009, to the tune of $11 million in debt, Joe Giudicewithdrew his bankruptcy filing on Monday in a New Jersey court.
The NJ Star-Ledger was the first to break the shocking news regarding the Real Housewives of New Jerseystar. So why did Joe abandon his bankruptcy bid? Well it all has to do with the accusations levied against him and his wife Teresa Giudiceby their bankruptcy trustee John Sywilok.
About a year after they initially filed, the trustee accused them of hiding assets, and concealing income amongst other things. The Giudices were accused of concealing assets including three vehicles, a boat, properties in Hillside, the family pizzeria, a laundromat and apartments. Teresa was also accused of hiding income including a $250,000 advance she received for her bestselling book “Skinny Italian.”
While in court, Joe abandoned his quest to have his millions of dollars in debts forgiven in federal bankruptcy court. The Ledger reports the change of heart came after he invoked his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination during questioning by the trustee for his creditors about assets, income and business interests he is accused of hiding from the court.
The judge signed off on the settlement between Joe and the trustee. The court order reads, “The defendant Giuseppe Giudice acknowledges his desire to resolve the matter without the need for further inquiry or litigation, and without making any further admissions.”
However, the agreement signed by Joe does not apply to Teresa. Though it’s likely Teresa, who has been raking in the dough since filing bankruptcy, will end up dong the same.
So why did Joe make this decision? More than likely to avoid future criminal prosecution. Joe and Teresa were scheduled to face trial over the bankruptcy fraud leveled against them. If they had been found to be in the wrong during that trial, the next steps would have been a criminal case.
“They are really cracking down on bankruptcy fraud,” said bankruptcy lawyer Leonard C. Walczyk. “It is a real hot issue.”
So to sum this up, Joe is now responsible for millions of dollars of debt while Teresa’s bankruptcy case is still working its way through the court system. The trustee is still opposing her discharge of debt. A bankruptcy lawyer reveals Joe would still be responsible for their joint debts even if a judge absolves Teresa’s liability.
As stated, it’s likely Teresa will end up following in Joe’s footsteps, you know, if she wants to avoid criminal prosecution and/or prison.

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON THE LATEST? SURPRISED BY THIS MOVE BY JOE?
The latest with the former Real Housewives of DC stars is the revelation of their prenup. TMZ, who seems to have Tareq on speed dial or is it the other way around? obtained a copy of the prenup which pretty much reveals Michaele is screwed.
According to the prenuptial agreement, if Michaele commits adultery, she automatically loses her right to any money or other property they accumulated during their 8-year marriage. Even worse for Michaele, she’s also forfeited her right to spousal support by moving out of the home they shared. But then again, is Tareq really worth anything these days?
Meanwhile, days after Michaele ran off with Journey guitarist Neal Schon, Tareq revealed the dog he once shared with Michaele has passed away.
According to Tareq, the Doberman Pinscher died of a broken heart. Yes you read that right. The dog was apparently so depressed that he couldn’t get out of bed after Michaele abandoned him. The dog passed away on Sunday.
The dog reportedly suffered a heart attack several weeks ago, and had been on meds ever since. Tareq of course is hysterical and blames Michaele whom he recently referred to as a “groupie slut” in a recent interview.
TMZ also managed to obtain some home videos which shows Michaele laying in bed with the dog just days before she disappeared. I can’t help but wonder whether or not this whole public debacle might be leading to a vomit-inducing sex tape.
And finally, Neal’s wife Ava Fabian who married Neal just two months ago is now speaking out about the affair. Ava, a 1986 Playboy Playmate, reveals she is absolutely devastated over the affair.
Ava, who says she was with Neal right before he went on tour, tells TMZ, “This is very painful for me. I’m very hurt.” TMZ adds that Ava and Neal tied the knot in Paris just this past July. Ava however makes it clear she has no plans of taking Neal back.
Photos of Ava below as well as a photo of Michaele on stage with Journey during a recent performance.
Over the weekend, Gary, 25, revealed he was once again done with Amber, 21, while also accusing her of cheating on him. Gary’s announcement was a bit surprising as the current issue of Star magazine reports he recently got a huge tattoo of Amber’s name tatted on him.
Star reports that while partying in Nashville on Sep. 3, Gary decided to visit a tattoo parlor to get Amber’s name tattooed on his right shoulder.
According to the local tattoo artist, Chris Collins, “Gary said, ‘Amber doesn’t know I’m down here, and I want it to be a surprise.'” Chris adds, “He told me, ‘We’ve been through a lot together, but at the end of the day, I still love her.'”
Well something’s changed since that faithful day as Gary took to his twitter page over the weekend to slam Amber. He tweeted on Saturday, “I’m completely through w amber No more back n fourth shit. I got my precious baby u got your precious anderson men hope your sins r worth it.”
Yikes! He added minutes later, “Moving on I’m bout to kick it with honors with my last night til I get Leah back from grandmas. Thank u mom for everything.” And the very next day, he made sure to tweet about a date: “I got a date tonight. With a girl in Indy… Where to take her?”
Gary also added on Sunday, “Hard to turn u away today, heading u cry was hard but your actions were terrible and this time there was no reason for what u did. No love.”
All interesting but knowing these two, it’s only a matter of time until they are back together a la Ronnie and Sammi from the Jersey Shore. A new episode of Teen Mom airs tonight on MTV at 10/9c.

There were some surprises and a few let downs when it came to this new group of 12 celebrities. We’ll start off with the show’s most controversial contestant ever Chaz Bono, who has been receiving some backlash due to the fact that he is transgendered.
So how did Chaz, 42, measure up? Not too shabby. Chaz alongside his partner Lacey Schwimmer, gave a pretty memorable first performance which garnered him 17 points for his cheeky and fun cha cha. “Chazzy Boy, you can dance!” said judge Carrie Ann Inaba. Bruno Tonioli added, “So cuddly and cute. Great, great debut, Chaz. You should be proud.”
The best performers of the night were Chynna Phillips, and war veteran turned soap star J.R. Martinez. Chynna sizzled with her graceful waltz, earning her the highest score of the night – 22 points. “You looked like you stepped out of a dream and into my heart,” said Bruno. J.R. tied with Chynna for the high score with his impressive Viennese waltz.
In the middle of the pack were reality stars Kristin Cavallariand Rob Kardashian. Kristin fared a bit better than Rob, receiving a decent score of 19 points for her feisty cha-cha with partner Mark Ballas. Kristin definitely showed some promise with her fiery stage presence! With his famous sisters in the audience cheering him on, Rob failed to impress as he received a score of 16 for his waltz with Cheryl Burke. “I’m not impressed, but I’m not depressed,” said judge Len Goodman.
This season’s Kate GosselinNancy Grace also had a so-so debut as the 51-year-old news anchor received 16 points for her sassy cha-cha with newcomer Tristan MacManus. “You got the moves, but you don’t seem to believe in yourself,” said Len.
