The vile interesting character we have all come to know as Jon Gosselin is back at it again. The latest is now that Jon wants back on TLC with ex-wife Kate Gosselin.
TLC officially announced last week that Kate Plus 8, former known as Jon & Kate Plus 8, will go on without Jon. However, Jon’s lawyer revealed to TMZ this week that the 32 year-old broke reality star is “definitely open” to co-starring with ex-wife Kate on a new TV project.
Jon’s lawyer Anthony F. List, tells TMZ that “under the right circumstances” Jon would do a show with Kate, but “the contract would have to be tighter.” He failed to elaborate on what he meant on the having a “tighter” contract.
As expected, TLC is not interested in having Jon back on the network. A source tells RadarOnline that Jon is not welcome at TLC or the Discovery network. “The show will go on – without Jon,” the source added. “Nobody wants him back on the air.”
In other Kate news, her own brother Kevin Kreider, whom she is estranged from, testified at a Philadelphia hearing on child labor laws and reality shows today, and he did not have nice things to say about Kate or the TLC show.
Kevin said he believes the 8 Gosselin children suffered psychological damage while filming Jon & Kate Plus 8. According to Kevin, the kids had no privacy during the taping — even their potty training was captured on video. Kevin also claims the kids were manipulated by producers who wanted drama.
TLC however denies Kevin’s claims, telling TMZ, the allegations are “either completely inaccurate or a distorted representation for maximum attention.”

Aiden Turner and partner Edyta Sliwinska found themselves the latest casualty of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, as the sexy duo were eliminated from the show, after being in the bottom two with comedian Niecy Nash.
Aiden’s elimination was not much of a surprise as the soap star had the second lowest scores this week, right behind Kate Gosselin, who yet again survived another week.
“I’ve had a great time,” said a tearful Aiden, who got a standing ovation from the audience. “The experience of being on Dancing With the Stars has been amazing. … Now I feel like I can move like I never moved before.”
Eight couples remaining on the dancing show, and next week should be interesting as the couples will have to dance to popular dance sequences from hit movies. Should be an interesting night.
With the recent announcement that this season of MTV’s The Hillswill be the last, comes news that attentionwhoresHeidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt might be planning a lawsuit against MTV. It seems these two refuse to go out without a bang.
“Sources” reveal exclusively to PerezHilton that Heidi is now accusing the Hill’s creator and executive producer, Adam Divello, of touching her inappropriately. Apparently, the alleged ‘sexual assault’ happened after Heidi’s recent multiple cosmetic procedures, and the inappropriateness included Adam repeatedly touching Heidi’s “ass cheeks and lower back.”
This is apparently the reason for Heidi needing her six bodyguards. “Spencer and Heidi are very close to bringing legal action against the show,” claims an insider. It is also common knowledge that Heidi and Spencer are good friends with Perez, so they are likely the “insiders and sources” who leaked this story to him.
The “insider” even alleges that Adam has also been inappropriate with other Hills stars such asLauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge. Lauren has however come out denying any claims of harassment by Adam. Lauren released the following statement, “Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam DiVello. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for.”
A lot of people, including us, are not buying this. This is likely just a retaliation for Spencer being kicked off the show one month ago, after he threatened the life of one of the show’s female producers. Let’s hope these two will continue to burn bridges, and hopefully use up the few remaining minutes left of their original fifteen.
Jill posted the following question on her facebook fanpage last night, “So..what do you do when you have a fight with a friend..and you don’t want to make up yet…then when your ready they don’t want to?” It’s easy to figure out she’s referring to Bethenny, whom she coldly turned away time after time during her reconciliation attempts on the show.
Bethenny has however made it clear she does not wish to reconcile with Jill, saying, “there is no hope of reconciliation,” while adding “I don’t want the toxicity in my life.” Can you blame her?
The question now seems to be is Jill even sincere? Not since the backlash against Nene Leakes of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, has a Bravo housewife received so much backlash and negative comments from fans. A Bravo poll even showed 97% of the fans are against Jill. And unfortunately for Jill, the timing could not be worse as she now has a new book to promote, “Secrets of a Jewish Mother: Real Advice, Real Stories, Real Love.”
With majority of the fans against her, it will prove rather difficult to peddle her new book. Just ask Nene, who only sold 9000 copies of her autobiography last year.
Just how bad is it for Jill? Well after last week’s episode, she received a lot of negative tweets on twitter, and we mean A LOT. And she continues to spend her time deleting hate mail on her facebook page. Jill who typically loves the press has stayed away from doing any press this week, despite having a book to promote. She has also yet to write a blog for Bravo this week, perhaps fearing more negative comments from fans.
Jill is however scheduled to appear on Bravo’s talk show – Watch What Happens this Thursday. That will be a must see episode as the show typically takes calls from viewers and even reads their online messages to the guests.
Interestingly enough, Jill gave the following advice to Kelly Bensimon last year, who at the time was getting a ton of backlash from the fans and the press.
“I don’t think it’s working for her,” said Jill. “I don’t think she should be on the show. It’s not that I think we should throw anybody off, it’s just that I think if I were her, I would not do the show again. I would go back to anonymity and spend the next year trying to repair my reputation. What’s more important to her: her reputation or fame?”
Dear Jill, perhaps it’s time for you to take your own advice. Sincerely, Reality Tea.

The fourth week of Dancing With The Stars aired last night and the good news for Kate Gosselin was that she actually gave a good performance. The bad news? Even when she’s good, she’s bad. The Jon & Kate Plus 8 mom still managed to come in last place despite getting good reviews from the judges.
Kate appeared on the Today Show this morning and spoke out on Jon Gosselin’sattempt to get custody of their eight children. “I’ve got to work harder now than ever because I am a single mom,” said Kate, 35, in response to being called an absentee mom by Jon. “In my heart I’m always in my kitchen, baking and cooking for my kids, and I’ll always be there. It’s a struggle to be here [in New York], to be anywhere. The emotion that you see is because I would rather be at home with them.”
However that is not always possible according to Kate, “I have to work. I have to provide for them. And it’s a struggle that every working mom, especially single moms, go through, and I’m really feeling it now, and it’s really hard.”
Now back to DWTS, Olympic skater Evan Lysacek took the lead once again by earning a high score of 52 points for his hot tango with partner Anna. Coming in second this week for the 2nd week in a row was Pussycat doll Nicole Scherzingerwho did a sensual rumba with Derek, earning 50 points.
Moving into third place this week was Pamela Anderson, earning a good 47 points for her steamy rumba with partner Damian. Sliding down to fifth place this week was surprisingly Erin Andrewsand partner Maksim. The duo received a score of 39 for their tango with the judges feeling that Erin was payed too much attention to her technique, and not enough to the performance.
At the bottom two this week were Aiden Turnerand Kate Gosselin. Soap star Aiden earned 33 points for what the judges called a stiff rumba, while Kate, despite getting praises from the judges for her best dance this season, earned 32 points out of 60. Bruno called her dance a “mini breakthrough” and “a step in the right direction.”
So who will be going home tonight? Well according to our poll from yesterday, The Bachelor’s Jake Pavelka and Aiden Turner are in danger, as they both received the least number of votes. Nicole Scherzinger and Erin Andrews should be safe tonight as they received the most votes. You can view the poll here.
Dating couple Carol Rosenfeld, 47, and Brandy Snow, 40, had their journey cut short on Sunday as they found themselves eliminated from the 16th season of The Amazing Race.
Carol and Brandy, also known as the “lesbians” had none other than dating models Caite Upton and Brent Horneto thank, as the models’ u-turn played a big factor in their elimination. In this new interview with TV Guide, Carol and Brandy speak on their feud with Caite and Brent, why they think Caite has a problem with them as lesbians, and what they would have done with the U-turn.
Excerpts from their interview below -
TVGuide.com: What was your first thought when you saw that you were U-Turned by Brent and Caite?
Brandy: Just shock. In a common-sense world, strategy dictates, you know, “take the stronger team out.” They didn’t do that. I had no idea how personal it was. We never really had any negative interactions with Caite or Brent. We didn’t seek out a friendship with them, but we also didn’t have an opportunity to race alongside them except in Malaysia when they passed us on the stairs. When they did that, you didn’t see us pissed. I actually told Caite that she did a kick-ass job. Just like how I said to Mike, “You’re a rock star.” We both were very complimentary and supportive of the other racers. To watch the name-calling and hatred unfold has been an emotional rollercoaster. It’s also surprising because you don’t know it’s happening until you watch it. You know, them calling us “the mean lesbians.”
TVGuide.com: They hardly ever referred to you by your names.
Brandy: Yeah, it’s like, “I have a name!” Carol: I don’t want to go to the point where I say she’s homophobic because that’s a pretty severe indictment of somebody. I don’t know. People will have to be the judge of that, but you watch it and you don’t know this is going on, and you like to think that in this day and age, people of a much younger generation would be a little more open-minded. It is what it is. She was clearly obsessed with beating and eliminating us. I think she very clearly had a problem with us as lesbians, not with us as individuals because she never individually indicts one of us as having done anything specifically wrong to them.
TVGuide.com: A lot of fans think you would’ve U-Turned Brent and Caite if you had gotten there first. Would you have?
Carol: No! We would’ve U-turned the cowboys. There’s a clip online from the Malaysia leg where Phil asked us, “Who would you like to see leave?” We said, “We wouldn’t really want to see anybody go.” We were like, “Let everybody do their best and the chips will fall where they may.” We knew the U-Turn was part of the game. Our strategy then was that the cowboys appeared to be the strongest team and then the second strongest team was Mike and Louie. They’ve each won the most legs. Brandy: The cowboys set a record in Malaysia. No one had ever before gone from last to first with a Speed Bump. They’re strong competitors, they’re smart competitors, and we were focused on the race, not the racers. We would not have made it personal — not that we had a reason to make it personal with any team.
TVGuide.com: From your point of view, there was no feud between you and Brent and Caite at all?
Brandy: Right. What we find fascinating in the way this has been skewed, that there is a feud. There was no feud. You have to have two parties participating for there to be a feud. We were the object of her hatred and derision. There wasn’t a feud until [Sunday's] episode where it exploded! I don’t like being attacked. I don’t like being blindsided and that’s exactly what happened when they U-Turned us. Seriously, we’re in the Seychelles and I’m bonding with Caite over a kitty! It was very stunning for it to happen. We had no clue they would U-Turn us or that they hated us like that. Now America’s starting to believe there is a feud.
TVGuide.com: What are you up to now?
Brandy: Work! Carol: Yeah, work. I recently had a death in the family … so dealing with that and trying to ignore all this hoopla. Being called a “mean lesbian” versus losing a parent, you know, [the former is] not going to affect me the rest of my life. Now we’re going to be the fierce lesbians!
TELL US – WHAT WERE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE LAST EPISODE? WERE YOU HAPPY TO SEE CAROL AND BRANDY GO?
It is week 4 of Dancing With The Stars, and the competition continues to get steep, as tonight will bring a different scoring format. Each of the dancing couples will receive two scores, one for their performance, and the other for technique.
Kate Gosselin’s Tough Week – As if getting low scores wasn’t bad enough, the mom of eight has also had to endure another tough week in the press. First came news that ex-husband Jon Gosselin was taking her back to court in an attempt to get custody of their eight children, and then came the UsWeekly cover accusing her of acting like a major celebrity and basically being a ‘super bitch from hell.’ Professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy made a good point in his blog this week, saying: “I’ve spoken to Kate, and I don’t think she gets the point of this thing yet. The pain on her face says it all, which is unfortunate. The show is about finding a way to come out, enjoy yourself and have fun.” It will be interesting to see how Kate performs tonight.
Erin Andrews Denies Romance – Despite their PEOPLE magazine cover story proclaiming Erin and partner Maksim in a “hot romance.” The ESPN reporter slammed the story, saying any romance report is news to her and Maks. “According to People, our “romance” is official, but People must know people because we don’t know the people that they know. The thing is, what Maks and I do joking around gets taken seriously. After looking at the article, Maks said to me, “You would’ve thought we were on some beach riding a horse. It was like a romance novel.” Allrighty then, romance or not, those two seem to have some great chemistry between them.
Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Romance? – Romance rumors also continue to heat up for dancing duo, Chad and partner Cheryl Burke. And it didn’t help that Chad gave Cheryl a $10,000 ring last week, but according to Chad the ring was just a thank you gift to Cheryl for putting up with him. More than likely it’s just flirting between the two, and why you might ask? Well for one, Chad has signed a deal with VH1 to stare in his own dating reality show, titled The Tournament, set to air later this year.
The couples will be dancing the rumba or tango dance tonight. Nine couples remain, and one couple will face elimination tomorrow night.
TELL US: WHO ARE YOU ROOTING FOR TO WIN THIS SEASON?
In perhaps what could be called karma for not helping save his alliance member Rob Mariano during the last elimination, Benjamin ‘Coach” Wade, 38, ended up being the next victim of Russell (all thanks to Sandra), when he was voted out during the last episode of Survivor.
In a new interview with PEOPLE, the first jury member discusses his surprise in what he calls a complete “blindside.” He also talks about Rob’s elimination (Coach takes zero blame for Rob going home by the way), his disdain for Russell and his feelings on Jerri today.
Excerpts from Coach’s interview below -
Did you have any inkling that you were in danger?
It was a total blindside. From the first frog-marching with Colby to the last mud-diving with Rupert, my performance was consistent. Add the fact that Courtney rolled her ankle and limped off the last immunity, the fact that the tribe was starving and the morale was so low, I assumed they wouldn’t make such a preposterous choice.
The Villains started out so strong. What went wrong? Tyson was that bridge between the younger and older generations, the honorable people like myself and dishonorable people like Russell and the major egomaniacs and the sweet and humble players. When he left, it knocked us down.
Sandra seemed to play into Russell’s ego.
Courtney and Sandra knew they were going home if they didn’t do something and they even seemed surprised at the turn of events. But if you throw enough mud on the wall, something will probably stick. But there is no doubt that Russell is a ferocious player. There’s a bit of bully syndrome going on. He does not play with strong players. He picks people, and it’s usually the women, that he can dominate and manipulate. And when someone disagrees with him like Danielle, he refuses to f-ing talk to them. It will become an even stupider move if they never merge.
There is some amount of blame that can be placed on you because you didn’t pick a side in the Russell versus Rob battle.
If there is one person to blame for Rob going home beside himself and Russell, it’s Jerri. Everybody blamed me, but how did I betray him? Jerri was the one who said she wouldn’t vote for Russell and ripped my guts by selling Rob down the river yet she got a hug and I got called a ‘little man.’ Russell and Rob would not have made fire so the rest of us would have drawn rocks and I would have had a one-in-six chance of going home. I also tried for three days to get those two on the same page. I said, “Let’s talk. I will mediate. The three of us need to get on the same page or we will just keep losing.” Rob shot himself in the foot because he refused to meet. It was an impossible situation for me to thrust into and for me to bear the brunt of it is just another unjust [thing] against the Dragonslayer. It is my lot in life.
Speaking of Jerri, could she still be the future Mrs. Coach despite her betrayal? Or were the sparks all editing?
Mrs. Coach. That’s a good one. Jerri is one of a kind, awesome. She disappointed me again and again out there but what happens in the game stays in the game because there was definitely some romantic interest. We cooled it off because we knew if we continued to be together, we’d become a big target. We’re not allowed to see each other before the finale, but I can’t wait to see her there and we will see what happens after that.
