Finally, it’s the freakin’ finale of Basketball Wives. I don’t know about y’all, but this season has been incredibly exhausting, and the Tahiti trip has almost made me lose my cool!
We resume the same place we do almost every week, with Evelyn Lozada mouthing off after Jenn Williams escaped into her bungalow. Kenya Bell and Tami Roman are listening to her rants about how fake Jenn is, but I can’t take my attention off her hula hoop sized earrings. Shaunie O’Neal sneaks away to speak with Jenn, but I love that she’s more concerned about Jenn airing the group’s dirty laundry on blogs and twitter instead of Evelyn’s erratic and violent behavior. Why should everything be about appeasing crazy? And I’m not a Jenn fan…I think she should let it go, and I think she is extremely and purposefully pretentious, but geez, Shaunie! She isn’t doing anything worse than Evelyn is!
Jenni Pulos, the world’s most patient assistant and Bravo’s best musical superstar tied the knot this weekend in Chicago. The Flipping Out star posted the updates on Twitter letting us know she wore a beautiful Marc Bouwer gown. What do we think Jeff Lewis gave her as a wedding gift?
If you’re wondering if Jenni rapped at the reception, according to her Twitter she most definitely did! A photo of Jenni and Dr. Jonathan Nassos on their wedding day is below!
Congratulations Jenni. And best of luck to the newlyweds!

Part two of the Mob Wives reunion starts amidst the chaos of the Drita D’Avanzo and Ramona Rizzo. Renee Graziano is trying to separate the women, and Drita leaves the set. Joy Behar doesn’t even get out of her seat. She’s just watching the craziness. Finally the women come back to the sofas, where Drita and Ramona continue to scream and bleep and threaten to kill one another off camera. I think they even decide to fight it out after the reunion (in the parking lot, perhaps?), and there are accusations of being in a gang. They are too well-dressed for this nonsense. Carla Facciolo and Karen Gravano are trying to keep the peace, urging the women to speak nicely. Renee tries to redirect, and Karen jumps on her for interrupting Joy. Renee tells Joy how to run the show, and it actually makes sense.
Joy seems to have regained control and Drita and Ramona are able to discuss the fight without raising their voices…too much. The next confrontation highlighted is between Drita and Karen. Karen and Drita have different definitions of friendship, but they plan to respect their truce. Joy is concerned that once people start gossiping on Staten Island, the truce will disappear. Karen and Drita reveal that they have promised to go directly to the other to resolve any issues regarding the rumor mill. Ramona says that she and Carla have a similar agreement, but it seems that Carla still likes to talk about her. Joy was excited that she was able to keep the women calm for at least a few minutes. We need more Big Ang and less bleeping.

Last week it was reported that Brandi Glanvilleand Lisa Vanderpump had become onset divas and were causing drama during filming of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Now there’s no doubt in my mind that divatude took place. And there’s also no doubt in my mind that ALL the ladies are guilty of it at some point. I mean Real Housewives is like a sorority for adult women! C’mon, like we’re supposed to believe Splits Richards hasn’t thrown a tantrum or twenty?
According to RadarOnline’s now old news article, “Lisa told the other ladies to not talk to Brandi at all when she first joined the show last year. Towards the end of the second season, Brandi and Lisa did begin to get along.”
“However, during the current season, Lisa, who always likes to act like the mother hen of the show, has taken Brandi under her wing, and the two are now inseparable. The two have such huge ego’s, and their antics are driving the other ladies, especially Kyle and Taylor, absolutely nuts,” a show insider shared. This sounds like a case of Beverly Hills Ramonja! Eeks.
Jennifer sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to dish on both of her new shows.
Jennifer shared a little insight into Big Ang’s upcoming series: “She’s larger than life, and there’s going to be a couple of characters added to her show that are really going to make a splash. So I think that this show is going to be much different than Mob Wives in the sense that it’s going to be a lot more lighthearted and a lot more colorful and fun. Given the circumstances of what’s been going on with Mob Wives and the intensity, I’m looking forward to some of that colorfulness.”
She explains why she waited until season 2 to introduce the world to Big Ang. “I did know going into this that Big Ang was a star. I’ve known her since I was a kid, and I always had her in mind, but what I wanted to do was build the brand around the initial four women who had real close, authentic relationships. Big Ang has been a part of my family for like 25-30 years. She’s actually my older sister’s best friend. My thought was that she only really has a real connection through Renee, so let me build this first with these women who have these deeper relationships and kind of bring Big Ang in either for a couple of episodes that season and then have her in full time for the second season. And I think from a casting perspective, you always want to have something up your sleeve for the following season. Ang was my magic trick.”

He also posted one of Kim exiting his car, titling it “rare.” I’m not sure if he was referring to the car, his girlfriend, or the fact that he let her drive it to attract the attention of the paparazzi. You can see the scintillating Kimye pics below.
In other Kardashian news, Kim had a not so superb experience on British Airways. Kim seems to believe her luggage was hacked! Kim took to complaining to her ‘friends’ aka her zillions of Twitter followers to express her displeasure.”What happened to the days when you could lock your bags! We need to get back to that. There’s no sense of security & no trust!” she tweeted.
“Very disappointed in British Airways for opening my luggage & taking some special items of mine! Some things are sentimental ¬ replaceable,” she added. Yikes! I smell another Kardashian lawsuit! What on earth do you suppose anyone would want from Kim’s luggage? Was Kanye hiding in there?

While there is no new episode of Real Housewives of New Jersey tonight, the tumult rages on! Teresa Giuidce can’t keep her family drama out of the media for a second. First it’s her brother, then her husband, and now her daughter! Wherever Teresa goes, it seems chaos follows. However, despite appearances things aren’t as bad as they seem!
Our source tells Reality Tea EXCLUSIVELY that no matter what happens Teresa remains loyal to her husband Joe Giudice and will never divorce him! “Teresa will never leave Joe. She worships him,” our source shares. But it goes deeper than Teresa just loving her husband – apparently it’s also about her pride. “Plus, she will never let anyone see her fail at anything, including her marriage.”
Despite Joe‘s less than appealing behavior this season – including last week’s episode where he threatened to leave Teresa – is apparently the result of pressure from the show and from the media. “Joe’s behavior is off the wall due to all the TV pressure and family drama,” our source explains.
“Joe doesn’t like drama and never starts problems. He is quick to forgive and move on. Joe is not a mean person. His anger and frustration are a result of the show.” Joe may be a wonderful man, but that doesn’t take away from his DUI and his pending trial which could land him in prison for up to 10 years!

If you’re a child of the 90s (like me), you may have become hooked on reality television via MTV’s groundbreaking (at the time) show, The Real World. While the show has now become what television critic Andy Denhart calls a “frat party,” when it first aired it was a far more interesting look into the lives of people in their 20s. In Denhart’s Daily Beast article, he nails it when he points out that in the past, you had to have a life to get on the show, and now getting on the show is your life.
The Real World’s first few seasons made an attempt to be socially aware; who can forget Season 1’s Kevin Powell arguing in the street with the “fish out of water” cast mate Julie over race issues? That would literally be unheard of in the Real World that exists today unless major amounts of alcohol were involved. Denhart says the major turning point for the series was its first Las Vegas season, the one at the Palms that gave the world one of its biggest D-listers, Trishelle Cannatella, and I would agree. Here is where I just had to tune out, and where most people apparently started to tune in.
