Following her cameo role on CBS sitcom $#*! My Dad Says, Camille, 42, has now been tapped by CNN to serve as a fashion commentator to help cover the Oscars’ red carpet for CNN’s live Oscar arrivals special, ‘Showbiz Tonight: Road Gold.’
Yes, next Sunday on Feb. 27th, Camille will don a microphone alongside regular ‘Showbiz Tonight’ hosts AJ Hammer and Brooke Anderson, to candidly discuss the pre-ceremony parade of fashions.
“We can’t wait to get Camille’s unabashed take on Hollywood’s biggest night,” said a CNN exec producer of the network’s broadcast.
In other BH news, following reports that Kim Richards is likely leaving the show, Bravo has been actively casting for her maybe replacement.
It now seems Bravo might not have to look too far as actress Denise Richards (no relation to Kim), who appeared on Watch What Happens Live a while back, is actually voicing her interest in joining the show.
When UsWeekly asked Denise, 40 (she’s 40?), at a fashion show on Wednesday if she’d consider being a part of the Bravo cast, she answered, “Heck yeah I would! It’s one of my favorite shows!”
In fact, Denise already has favorites on the cast. “I have two,” said Denise. “I love Lisa [Vanderpump] and Kyle [Richards].”
Denise, who used to be married to Charlie Sheen and has two daughters with him, would definitely make great TV no? Here’s to hoping the Bravo honchos are paying attention.
And finally, Kyle Richards is currently on vacation in Mexico with her family and BFF Faye Resnick. And yesterday, Kyle tweeted the bikini photo of herself below with the caption – “Disclaimer: Had to buy this bathing suit. Forgot mine. Yes, I need more sunblock.”

On every season of TheBachelor, there seems to be a resident crazy pants contestant, you know, the one who seems overly attached to the bachelor, is very catty with other contestants, and is all around overly aggressive.
Well, Michelle Money, a 30 year-old Salt Lake City hairstylist, won that role this season as she found herself the villain of the show. In a new interview with PEOPLE, Michelle, who is also an actress in real life, blames editing for her bad image and reveals she actually did talk to Brad following her elimination. Excerpts from Michelle’s interview below -
Do you regret doing the show?
I have no regrets, no hard feelings. My experience was nothing but positive. I just wish those great experiences had been shown. And at the end of the day, I know what my experience was, what really happened and the friendships I made.
What about the caught-on-camera mean remarks?
I have a very sarcastic, dry sense of humor. That can come off as very intense. When you just get a small, chopped-up version of me being sarcastic, it comes across the wrong way.
And what about the aggressive behavior with Brad?
When I left, I felt really great about who I was and the choices I made. I felt Brad got a clear idea of who I am … I went on the show to find love so I took advantage of every opportunity to have time to see if he was someone I’d want in my future. Because if he wasn’t, I wanted to go home to my daughter.
Why not talk to him on the way to the limo or once you were inside?
Brad and I did have a personal, positive conversation that gave me closure and helped me feel confident in his decision. They didn’t show it. I had a lot to say in the limo as well … Me laying down was a result of being car sick from talking to the camera while driving down a bumpy road with lights in my face. I was going to throw up.
Are you worried about how you were portrayed and how it will affect your future dating prospects?
Once you meet me face to face and have a conversation, it’s very clear that I’m not a villain. I’m not worried about dating. I’ve just had a hard time finding people to date in Utah. Being a single mom, it’s hard to get out and travel and meet men. I’m hopeful. I want to get married and have more kids. I want to be in a committed, healthy relationship with somebody who is confident, can make me laugh and can be a great example to my daughter.
A new episode of the Bachelor airs tonight, in which Brad Womack travels to meet the families of his final four picks. Brad will also get to meet Emily Maynard’sdaughter. The episode airs at 8/7c on ABC.
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON MICHELLE’S INTERVIEW & TONIGHT’S NEW EPISODE?
According to a TMZ report and a new interview by Shaunie O’Neal, Royce will likely be replaced on the third season. Though the second season is still airing on VH1, the network alongside Shaunie are already looking ahead.
Sources tell TMZ that Royce is on the chopping block because of her ongoing legal battle with her Orlando Magic baby daddy Dwight Howard. See, Dwight got a gag order on Royce back in 2009, thus prohibiting her from talking about Dwight or their son in the media or on the TV show. This is the reason Royce’s son has never appeared on the show.
And in a recent phone interview, Shaunie, who is also an executive producer on the show, echoes the same sentiment. “Royce is not guaranteed to come back for Season 3. We are really trying to come up with something else and she’s aware of it,” said Shaunie.
“Season 1 we establish [Royce] as Dwight Howard’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his son. Season 2, she’s now dating again, or dating other people that she seems to be pretty serious with,” Shaunie added. “And she can’t talk about her son, she can’t talk about Dwight, and it’s no connection any more, and the legal part of it has almost gotten more strict.”
So how does Royce feel about being on the chopping block? She tells TMZ she has other options, adding, “If they are indeed searching for a replacement for me it is what it is. It all seems petty and immature to me.”
TELL US – WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON SHAUNIE’S COMMENTS & ROYCE POSSIBLY GETTING THE AXE? THOUGHTS ON LAST NIGHT’S EPISODE?
The reunion concludes tonight with Andy Cohen and the Atlanta ladies touching up on the few remaining important issues that took place this season. The ladies will confront Phaedra about her pregnancy controversy, Kim & Kandi will discuss the money issues regarding Tardy For The Party, plus Nene and Kim go at it again.
Their offenses? They were both arrested for DUIs in 2010 on separate occasions. A spokeswoman for the Florida State Attorney’s Office tells E! News that the younger Patton, Marysol — a Miami-based publicist, was arrested in January 2010 on suspicion of drunken driving.
Marysol ultimately struck a deal with prosecutors, which had her pleading no contest to a lesser charge of reckless driving to avoid jail time. She was fined $1,000 plus $581 in court costs.
As for Mama Patton, who might or might not have had many injectables to the face, she was busted for her DUI last October. E! states the 76-year-old’s arrest details are scarce, as the case ended up being dismissed on Dec. 6 when her arresting officer failed to show up to court to testify.
Oh yeah, the Real Housewives of Miami premieres February 22 on Bravo at 10/9c.
Camille admits that while filming the first season of the hit show, things got so difficult, to the point that she decided to leave the show. “I don’t know if I can say this, but I quit at one point. I did,” said Camille. “Because it was too much. I didn’t know how much I could expose at the time. I was holding a lot back because I had known for a while that things were not right between my husband and I.”
So how long did she quit the show for? “I quit for, you know, a couple of weeks,” she said. “And actually Kelsey called me and said, “You have an obligation to do the show. You have to finish the show.” So I said, okay. He also asked me to come to the Tonys.”
When it comes to her current relationship with Kyle Richards, Camille reveals the two are in a better place. So had she ever fought with Kyle before filming the show? “I met Kyle only once before I started the show. I only knew her husband,” answered Camille. This seems to conflict with previous statements made on the show by Kyle stating the two were friends.
As for season 2, Camille reveals she is still undecided though E! News reported this week that she will definitely be returning.
In other news, Camille is now revealing she will not be in attendance for ex-husband Kelsey Grammer’s wedding to Kayte Walsh. Camille tells PEOPLE she wasn’t invited, and would not have attended anyways.
“I don’t want to be involved with the wedding, not at all,” said Camille. “But I don’t begrudge him his happiness.”
Camille adds that while 6-year-old son Jude will be at the wedding, 9-year-old daughter Mason will not be in attendance. “My daughter has a talent show that day that she’s been working on for two months now,” Camille said to PEOPLE. “I told her, ‘Mason, you can go. Please, if you want to go to your Daddy’s wedding, please do,’ and she said, ‘No, Mommy. I want to go to my talent show.’ “
Meanwhile, Kelsey, 55, was photographed soaking up some sun in Miami this week with his 29-year-old fiance Kayte. Some of those non cringe-worthy at all photos are below. Kelsey’s wedding to Kate is scheduled to take place by the end of this month.
And finally, Camille made a cameo appearance on CBS sitcom $#*! My Dad Says Thursday night while Kyle’s husband Mauricio Umansky also made an appearance on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing the same night.
A day after the shocking report by the Hollywood Reporter (a very reputable media outlet) revealed the Kardashian clan earned an astonishing $65 million in 2010, we now have more details on just how the Keeping Up With The Kardashians family earned that amount.
We reported yesterday that Kim charges as much as $25,000 to tweet about a product or company, while commanding a personal appearance fee of $100,000 to $250,000 per event, and demanding up to $1 million internationally. Below are more detailed earnings of the Kardashians -
- The family splits a six-figure paycheck per E! episode. However, while the show might provide a steady paycheck, it serves a larger purpose of being a marketing platform for their endorsements and best-selling products, which include book, fragrance and clothing lines. Example, “Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami,” focused on the opening of a Florida outpost of their clothing store, Dash.
- Kim is rumored to have signed a seven-figure deal with a Las Vegas club owner for a handful of 2011 appearances. (Kris will not confirm.) “Kim sells,” a nightlife source says. Kim, who now has over 6 million followers on twitter tells THR, “I have a blog that has 40 million hits a month.”
- Kourtney sold her 2009 pregnancy news to Life & Style magazine for a cool $300,000! The deal included multiple stories: the pregnancy announcement, sex of the baby, birth announcement, first baby photos and body-after-baby reveal. (Life & Style declined comment.)
- Khloé and husband Lamar Odom scored close to $300,000 from OK! magazine for their wedding photos. Kris had everything from the Lehr & Black custom invitations to Khloé’s 9-carat engagement ring “donated” for the wedding, promising the vendors massive product promotion that would come from the media circus surrounding the wedding. In the event that an item wasn’t gifted, E!, it is believed, picked up the tab (E! declined comment).
- Certain paparazzi agencies have agreements with the family to stage photos, sell them and split the profits. Example – Kourtney and Scott Disick recently earned $7,500 for an afternoon laying poolside in Cancun.
- The Kardashian Kard, a prepaid credit card the sisters launched in November, gave them $3 for every card activated or sold, 25 percent of fees, a $75,000 advance on royalties and a $37,000 signing bonus. However, Kris quietly terminated the agreement when then-Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal complained the card had hidden predatory fees. The card’s issuer is now suing the family for $75 million.
To round up the interview with THR, Momager/PimpKris Jennerreveals the family has no plans of slowing down. “My fantasy is to have ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians,‘ season 26,” Kris, 55, tells THR. “Who knew it would be this profitable? I should have had more kids.“
And believe it or not, Kris reveals she worries about overexposing the family. “We definitely worry about overexposure. We never want to get to a place where people are thinking, ‘Enough is enough.’ ” We take it Kris does not read “the blogs”
So teens, the moral of this story is to stay in school, and with hard work, you too can build a $65 million fortune. Oh, who are we kidding? Feel free to purchase a camcorder, find yourself a D-list singer and have at it! We kid, we kid… we think. Though we do have to wonder if going public with a story like this is good PR for the family, which has started to receive major backlash and criticism from the public in recent weeks.
TELL US – ARE YOU SHOCKED BY THE AMOUNT THE KARDASHIANS EARNED & HOW THEY EARNED IT? HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL ABOUT A FAMILY “WITH NO TALENT” EARNING SUCH A FORTUNE?
