Well, we alllll knew it was coming! Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi's short-lived friendship is now officially kaput! I wonder if Gretchen returned the friendship bracelet?
Tamra says the bottom really fell out at the recently filmed Real Housewives of Orange County reunion. The nail in the coffin? Weddings wars, of course! And by wedding wars, I mean spinoff competitions.
"We were friends until we shot the reunion show," Tamraconfessed to TVGuide. "It stirred up a lot. They talked about the past and Andy [Cohen] went deep, so it brought back a bunch of nonsense that didn't need to be brought up."
Tamra's wedding ceremony included harpists and a painter. At the altar, the couple kept things interesting with some sort of DIY project consisting of Eddie's bike hanging upside down from the rafters, with chandeliers, balls of flowers and strings of beads dangling from it.
Both Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow have confirmed their invitations, and now Alexis Bellino is doing the same. Hey, it's not a Bravo wedding without drama. Despite rumors to the contrary, Alexis will watch Tamra walk down the aisle. Third time's the charm!
Of course, it works out well…now Alexis will have some screen time on Tamra's OC Wedding spin-off!
Tamra Barney's wedding spinoff is getting both a name and a premiere date. Lucky us!
It's clear whomever usually comes up with the titles for these shows was on vacation (or hates Tamra too) because according to the Bravo press release the "limited run, three-part series" will be called "Tamra's OC Wedding". How creative!
Premiering on Sept 2nd Tamra and Eddie Judge will get three episodes to show off their love before being relegated back to the loser ensemble cast category. That is strangely reassuring because it means Bravo definitely has no plans to do a full-time Tamra show!
Well thankfully, some folks who are well-connected to the Bravo franchise aren't the best at keeping a secret, and now we know that Tamra and Eddie's wedding festivities will be happening sooner rather than later!
Now a report emerges that Heather Dubrow is not the sole RHOC bridesmaid and despite Vicki skipping the officially sanctioned Bravo-filmed bachelor/bachelorette party in Vegas, she is indeed in the midlife crisis wedding party! Bravo wouldn't have it any other way.
With the exception of Heather Dubrow, who is a bridesmaidat Bravo's insistence, Tamra is playing hardball about who will and will not be receiving a so-called coveted invitation. And she's even leaving Vicki Gunvalson dangling!
