Apparently being a former crack whore isn’t the only secret Danielle has been harboring as she tells The Insider during the New York premiere of ‘Youth in Revolt’ that she is working on a memoir with Simon & Schuster, while also revealing she was homeless at one point in her life.

“There are a lot of shocking, a lot of hard things that people are going to have to digest, but it really happened to me and it’s going to be written the way that I remember it, from birth all the way through,” Danielle tells “The Insider.”

While not wanting to reveal too much because she wants us all to buy the book ofcourse, she does reveal the following: “I’ll give a little secret to you … at one point in time in my life, I actually was homeless. That might be a shocking thing for people to know, and I want people to embrace whatever it is they’re going through, not because I went through it, but, because I survived it, you can too. I’ve been low.”

She reveals a little bit more while talking to Popeater, “I was living in my car for six weeks, but I pulled myself out of that and got work… I bought a condo six months later,” she says. “Nobody should judge.”

“I’ve gone through some things in my life that are suppose to help people. I’m hoping and praying I can help as many people as possible.”

And no, that above pic of Danielle was not photoshopped. Her eyebrows really look that way.
