After a very successful first season, the finale of Mob Wives airs tonight on VH1.
One word to describe it? Explosive! On the finale episode, we will finally get to witness the widely reported fight between former friends Drita D’avanzo and Karen Gravano. The tension between the two ladies stems from Drita both dating and marrying Lee, whom Karen dated for 7 years and lived with. Drita is also upset with Karen for including her past with Lee in the book she’s writing.
Drita and Karen have spent the entire season trying to resolve their issues but things come to ahead tonight when Drita also accuses Karen of sleeping with her ex-boyfriend… while she was still dating him! Wowzers. In the preview below, Karen steps up during the argument which leads Drita to attack her.
Fast forward to today and it appears things are still very bad between the ladies. In a recent interview they both slammed each other with Karen calling Drita a “ho” and Drita calling Karen “two-faced.”
However it appears Drita is now willing to mend things. During the cast’s season finale party last night in Manhattan, Drita told Silive that she is not happy about her fight with Karen. “I’m not happy the way the show ended,” said Drita, “but I have no animosity. I hope we can move forward.”
Meanwhile, VH1 announced last month that the Mob Wives will return for a second season! Also, the reunion show was filmed this Thursday and will air July 10th.
