Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans recently went under the knife to get a boob job. The star already did her first photo shoot flaunting her new rack in a teeny, hot pink, leopard-print bikini (courtesy of TMZ, of course) – and she has been showing off her new twins on Twitter!
Jenelle advertised that she is now a 34C and is loving her new cleavage. But because this is Jenelle, she is not without scandal. Unfortunately for the 21-year-old, RadarOnline discovered some topless photos of Jenelle pre and post-op. The photos are below! Just how Radar was able to obtain said photos smells of a publicity stunt…

And they report Jenelle is recovering nicely from her trip to the operating room. “She likes them,” a source close to Jenelle reveals.”She is really happy, but she thinks they’re lopsided.”
Jenelle reportedly spent $5,000 on the surgery, which was done near her hometown in North Carolina. “MTV didn’t want her to do it,” the source claims. “But they didn’t do anything after she did it.” Jenelle’s son, Jace doesn’t know about the surgery, but her mom Barbara Evans supposedly likes them. “She thinks it’s good. She thinks Jenelle didn’t get them too big,” the source mentions.
And apparently Jenelle was in a lot of pain following the procedure, and was “being a baby” about it. “She got Hydrocodone and they had her on morphine while she was going through it. She was all high, she was eating the hydrocodones like they were Skittles,” the source adds. Just a reminder, Jenelle already has one trip to rehab under her belt…
