The Jon & Kate Plus 8 headlines are out of control this week.

In case you somehow missed it, Kate Gosselin is suing Jon Gosselin for supplying  Robert Hoffman the goods he needed to write his tell-all book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World

The suit claims, "Jon violated the federal anti-hacking statue in order to publish salacious, scandalous, and defamatory information about Kate" because "if Hoffman was picking through trash on the street, he did not find this trove of personal information while engaging in his trash-picking endeavors."

Jon maintains his innocence, of course, and wants the case thrown out.

Jon denies all claims of hacking. He explains, when Kate filed for divorce, he backed up the information on the family computer (for his own use) before he moved out of the family home and into the garage apartment.

"Jonathan has not wrongfully accessed any computer, online accounts, or telephone belonging to Kate – it is far more plausible that Kate herself threw out the DVDs in the trash," argues Jon's lawyer. "The children told Jonathan that Kate threw away in the trash everything left behind in the apartment."

Jon's lawyer insists Kate's lawsuit is nothing but pure speculation.

In other Gosselin news, Jon recently admitted that he doesn't pay Kate any child support for his eight kids. The kids spend every Tuesday evening and every other weekend with Jon according to the August 26th People magazine.

"[Kate and I] both support [the children] financially because she takes care of school and all that stuff, but I take care of the exact same things she takes care of," shares Jon. "I buy their groceries. They have their own groceries at my house, their own bedroom, their own stuff. It's doubled."

There are no words to describe how much I cannot stand Kate. Trust. But the idea that Jon doesn't need to pay support for EIGHT KIDS because he feeds them eight to ten days a month makes my head explode.

Please – I beg of you – tell me I'm misreading his statement.

TELL US – DO YOU THINK KATE'S CLAIMS WILL STAND UP IN COURT? SHOULD JON PAY CHILD SUPPORT?
