Now that recent ‘get out of jail, free’ card holder Teresa Giudice is back in the bosom of her family after spending nearly a year in lock-down on fraud charges, inquiring minds want to know, has she been gallivanting around town? Well the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, who is under house arrest, spent intimate time with her four daughters, hubby Joe and extended family members over the holiday and now, she is reportedly trying to get her outside life back on track.
Whenever Teresa wants to leave her home, she must first have the Bureau of Prisons sign off on the request according to a source who spoke to People Magazine. “She asks permission to go places. The probation officer then gives her the parameters of that. He will ask her which stores she is going to and then says, ‘You can go from this time to this time.’ She can go to work, go to the doctor or go see her lawyer – all with the officer’s permission.” Reportedly, if Teresa needs to travel to New York City for RHONJ, she can, as long as the trip is work-related. However, if she wants to travel elsewhere, she’ll have to put the brakes on those plans, until after her house arrest ends on February 5 of next year.
The RHONJ star, who looked a smidge thinner, was photographed doing some grocery shopping on Monday according to pics obtained by E! News. She was dressed in a black leather zippered vest, grey studded tee, flared ripped jeans, and platform heels. Teresa’s hair looked freshly dyed. Teresa was accompanied by her girlfriend, Dolores Catania.
As far as how Teresa is adapting to her new normal, according to an insider, who spoke to E! News, “She’s doing well. There’s no question she’s spending all the time she can with her family, including her parents. She’s savoring being back with everyone.”
