Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 is fast approaching, and, as one might expect, the Housewives are doing the press rounds. If anyone still had any doubts over what Larsa Pippen might discuss with the press, she made it clear she’d be talking about Marcus Jordan.
Larsa and Marcus have been obsessed with each other for months now. The unexpected relationship came seemingly out of nowhere, lasting much longer than anyone might’ve expected.
The romance has drawn concerns from many, including Marcus’ father, Michael Jordan. Beyond that, many fans and commentators have raised eyebrows given the age difference between the pair. Nevertheless, the relationship between the two has progressed, and Larsa was not shy about telling everyone why.
How are RHOM’s Larsa and Marcus still together?
In an interview with Gibson Johns, Larsa was asked what makes her relationship with Marcus work so well. She answered, “Probably because we were such good friends beforehand. And I think when you’re already friends before, it turns into more.”
She continued, “We already know each other, we already know what we like [and] what we don’t like about each other. So, you already know what you signed up for from the very beginning.” Larsa also credited the fact that it was easy to converse with Marcus about several topics, including basketball.
Add to that the couple share multiple interests and favorite foods, and the two were left with a surprisingly strong relationship. According to reports, the relationship has only grown stronger and stronger by the day, much to Michael’s chagrin (presumably). If things continue to progress as they have been, the much-discussed wedding could indeed be on the horizon.
