Noelle Hughley Teases ‘Family’ Vibe and ‘Real Drama’ in Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard

Noelle Hughley is the newest cast member on Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard Season 2. Arriving all the way from Georgia, her Bravo bio says she’s “a bubbly personality” with a lot of “Southern charm.”

Her cast mates caught a glimpse of it during Episode 1. After snagging one of the biggest rooms, she told the boys the space was “fit for a queen.” Thankfully, nobody took it personally, which allowed Noelle to have the perfect first night on the Vineyard amid the chaos.

In an interview with Distractify, the legal IT associate discussed filming the series’ second season, her relationship with the production company, and whether the drama viewers get to see is authentic.

Noelle says the SHMV cast is like a “family” to her…

With dreams of becoming an entertainment lawyer one day, Noelle may have been a little apprehensive about joining her friends on reality television. However, she felt lucky to vacation with her crew on Martha’s Vineyard.

“I definitely feel like God blessed me to be a part of a great cast, and a production that I feel like really does care for us,” she said, adding her “friends in the entertainment industry” can’t say the same. “I felt like we were really a family.”

Families also experience their share of ups and downs. Preston Mitchum sparred briefly with Bria Fleming during Episode 1, while Summer Marie Thomas and Alex Tyree also had a verbal altercation. Noelle hasn’t been in any of the mess just yet, but she did say the drama between her co-stars was authentic.

“Everything you see is the real drama, which surprises people,” she said. “They’re like, ‘How could you have this much energy?'”

She explained that living in the same house for “15 [to] 20 days” causes most of the heated moments. “You’re around this person you could’ve avoided seeing for the past six months,” she said. “So everything is there; everything is just raw emotion.”

Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard continues on Sundays at 9/8c.
