She just dropped a new photo — a mirror selfie flaunting her curves — on Instagram, listing three things she’s grateful for right now.
Lopez and Affleck finalized their divorce in January, ending their two-year-long marriage after reaching a settlement. She had filed for divorce in August on the second anniversary of their wedding, listing April 26, 2024, as the date of separation.

It seemed the time after the breakup was all about self-care and forging close bonds with loved ones for Lopez, who appeared to be in her best shape ever in the new Instagram photo. In the mirror selfie, she wore an all-black workout fit — a sleeveless catsuit — while flaunting its subtly racy plunging neckline as well as her stunning curves.
The caption then listed three things the singer-actor was grateful for, with the first being “My body — working hard but still better than ever.” The second was her close ones, especially “the people who keep my heart full,” while the third was “the little moments that become the best memories.” In the post, the mom of two looked the healthiest version of herself, moving on to new things, showing appreciation for the things she has and the past memories at the same time.
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce had been the subject of rumors and speculation for a long time until the latter told GQ that there was no scandal. Affleck sat for an expansive cover story interview with the magazine about having “nothing but respect” for his ex-wife and that “there’s no scandal, no soap opera, no intrigue.” Addiitonally, he dismissed rumors by calling their breakup much more “quotidian” than people would want to believe.
The former couple’s split has been at the center of online discussion for months, but it appears they have been moving forward with their respective lives now.
