Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner now allegedly share a “deepened” relationship and dynamic since the “The Accountant” actor’s split with Jennifer Lopez. As reported by the Us Weekly magazine, a “source” claimed that the ex-husband and wife have come “closer” after Affleck’s divorce from J.Lo, which was finalized in February this year.
The insider also called Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner “family for life.” The ex-couple were married from 2005 to 2018 and share three kids together, including Seraphina Rose, Violet Anne, and Samuel.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reportedly started spending more time together since the divorce between the “Gone Girl” actor and Jennifer Lopez. Per Us Weekly magazine, a “source” revealed, “Their relationship has deepened since (Ben Affleck’s) divorce.” The person added, “But there is nothing romantic between them.”
The “insider” continued, “There’s just a real trust and familiarity there.” The person further emphasized that their dynamics made “it easier to coparent.” “They are family for life,” the person added. The source also disclosed that Ben Affleck was currently focusing on his children.
As part of the GQ magazine April cover story, the actor opened up in an interview about his current priorities in life. He said, “The most important thing to me was both being a parent and being present.” He further explained, “Going off to Austin or Louisiana or somewhere to do some movie, I was really missing time I could never get back.”
Ben Affleck revealed, “I’ll be home at 3:45 when my kids get off the bus.” The actor continued, “And I’m able to construct a life that does that.” He went on to explain, “And that means more to me than any of it. That makes me happier.”
Apart from his kids, another thing that occupies Ben Affleck’s mind is his work. Another source disclosed, “Ben does not know how to sit still. He’s always planning his next project.” He is looking for characters that “challenge him and stories that mean something,” added the person.
