However, some insiders have now alleged that the controversial musician “chooses not to” see his kids.
‘Sources’ debunk Kanye West’s claim he has not seen son Saint this year
“Sources” have debunked Kanye West’s claims about one of his kids, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian. On April 22, the 47-year-old took to X (formerly Twitter) and shared in a post that he has not “SEEN SAINT THIS YEAR.” West’s claims were debunked shortly after. TMZ exclusively learned from sources that the rapper “can see his kids whenever he wants,” but “mostly chooses not to.” The insiders continued to claim that West “has definitely seen Saint in 2025.”
The Daily Mail, too, got some insight from a source close to Kardashian. The insider claimed that West had been in Los Angeles recently for a few months. However, the father of four “didn’t ask to see the kids aside from North until a week before he was leaving again.” TMZ’s sources alleged the same. They added that it was only a few days ago that West met his younger children, Chicago and Psalm.
Besides that, West was even spotted spending quality time with Saint, Chicago, and Psalm in Japan earlier this year. Meanwhile, the insider further told the Daily Mail that the rapper can “see the kids anytime he wants” without any “limitations.” However, Kardashian has reportedly been cautious. The insider claimed, “Kim is very careful also to not put them in situations that are chaotic.” They added that “protecting her kids” is a priority for the 44-year-old socialite.
In addition to claims about Saint, West continued to share a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter). In one of them, the record producer wrote, “I HAVE TO SUPPRESS THE FACT THAT MY KIDS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME.” West added, “AND EVERYONE JUST WATCHES.”
It’s worth highlighting that the claims made so far came from reported “sources.” However, Kim Kardashian has yet to address the situation.
