It has been a long time coming for Kristen Doute. Once dubbed Crazy Kristen by Bravo fans, the mom-to-be is showing her words are worth their weight in gold. For years, her insights were disregarded. And while she might not exactly be an empath, The Valley star is sure as hell a woman who carries receipts.
Kristen Doute called out Michelle and Jesse Lally’s relationship on The Valley
At the end of The Valley Season 1, Kristen had lost all her patience with Michelle Saniei. She exploded, telling Jesse Lally that his wife had had a boyfriend for over a year. No one believed her and wrote off the accusation. But the premiere for Season 2 showed Jesse having a serious sit-down with Kristen. He opened up the conversation by first saying, “You were right about everything.” Jesse humbled himself and did some investigating of his own. “And I think there was a subconscious level where I kind of knew it. And I think this suppression of what I actually knew led to resentment, which led to anger, which led to hatred. And you didn’t deserve to have me project that on you. I take full accountability for it. From the bottom of my heart, I’m sorry.”
Kristen Doute called out Janet Caperna as a mean girl
Even though I’m not sure how no one else could see that Janet Caperna was a mean girl, Kristen spotted her from a mile away. After a season of battle, Janet claimed that Kristen didn’t want her to have a healthy pregnancy. Yet the newbie was the one who created the turmoil and tried to turn the group against Kristen in the first place. More than once, Kristen tried to remove herself from the arguments. But Janet would continue to berate and belittle the OG. But Kristen saw who she was right away. She even quickly put Janet in her place, noting that only fans can call her Crazy Kristen.
Kristen Doute had Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix suspicions pre-Scandoval
When on Vanderpump Rules, Kristen was anything but a sympathetic character. I mean, she did cheat with her best friend’s man. Season 3 was the height of Kristen and her witchy ways. Tom Sandoval had broken up with her, and she couldn’t let go of the relationship. This was when fans first learned about Miami Girl and Tom’s affair with her. The icing on the cake was that Tom had moved on to Ariana Madix. Even though Kristen and Ariana are friends now, the former model was threatened by the bartender. And was out for blood.
In her attempt to prove she was the better catch, Kristen inadvertently figured out exactly who Tom was: a manipulating man who loved to lie. Bless Kristen, who chose to fly Miami Girl to WeHo just so she could sit at the SUR bar and torment Tom. It only took ten years, but Tom finally admitted that he had slept with Miami Girl while dating Ariana.
Kristen Doute called out James Kennedy for cheating with Uber receipts
In Season 4 of Vanderpump Rules, Kristen deduced that James Kennedy had been cheating on her with one of Scheana Shay’s friends. But like any good sleuth, she needed the proof. At the time, the DJ denied any wrongdoing. But in a Vanderpump Rules confessional, spilled the beans to producers. He giggled, “The truth is, Jenna and I were definitely boning.” But Kristen came prepared. She grilled James claiming they just lived four blocks away from one another. But inspector Kristen noted, “So she didn’t come over and you didn’t Uber her home at 6 a.m.?”
As James said no, Kristen added, “So you don’t want to see the Uber receipt in your email?” I can still recall James “oh sh*t” face when he knew the jig was up. Classic. It wasn’t the only time James had cheated on Kristen. He had also hooked up with Lala Kent and a SUR hostess named Lauren. Thankfully, Kristen is coming out a winner after her much-needed vindication.
