Summer House cast member Lindsay Hubbard is moving on from the Manhattan apartment she shared with ex-fiancé Carl Radke. The new mom is looking forward to a “fresh start” in a new apartment.
In case you hadn’t heard, Lindsay and her boyfriend Turner Kufe welcomed a baby girl in December 2024. Babies have a lot of stuff, and they seem to acquire more stuff everyday. Lindsay needs a more spacious apartment to accomodate all of Gemma’s clothing, toys and assorted accessories.
“Life update,” the new mom said in a recent video shared on her Instagram story. “I am moving next week to a new apartment, after all these years. My organizers are here, and we are going through and doing a big edit and purge of literally all my clothes that I don’t wear. We’ve already tackled the closet. There’s sh*t everywhere. The dresser’s next.”

Turning the camera, Lindsay showed us her clothing rack and the stacks of disgarded clothing covering her bed. She also displayed a large shelving unit where she stores her extensive shoe collection.
“For example, I have way too many heels that I just will probably never wear again,” she explained. “If you see anything that you hate, let me know, and I’ll get rid of it.”
Assisting Lindsay in the downsizing of her wardrobe was a professional home organization company. At the end of the day, they had filled at least eight trash bags of discarded clothing and things her daughter has already outgrown. The influencer planned to donate Gemma’s baby clothes to a nonprofit that provides support to new parents, Room to Grow.
But as fast as she cleared things out, new items were taking their place. Later that day Lindsay shared another video of all the new baby toys that she had ordered.
“Just in time to get new toys in,” she announced. “Thankfully, our new apartment has tons of space for all our toys.” For the time being, it seems to be just Lindsay and Gemma in the new apartment, since the Summer House OG and her boyfriend still live separately.
“I love my current apartment, but it’s seen me through a lot of changes,” Lindsay said. “I have to start making friends for [Gemma] and eventually put her in school. So that’s the goal. Right now, the location is the most important for Gemma and what is best for her.”
