The Valley’s Danny and Nia Booko Sell Los Angeles Home

During Season 1, Danny Booko liked to say that they had “three under three.” Now that they’ll soon have “four under four,” Danny and Nia Booko’s young family needs room to grow. Consequently, they sold their condo in The Valley and are moving north to the Tehachapis, an area commonly known to LA-bound travelers as “The Grapevine.”

Though their LA penthouse was comparatively spacious at 2,200 square feet, the family had outgrown it. Now the couple has purchased a much larger home in Santa Clarita for $1.3 million.

Real estate records show that the couple sold the three-bed, two and a half-bath Encino condo on May 15. Originally purchased in 2021, for $730,000, the couple made a tidy profit with the $829,000 sale price.

Could Danny and Nia Booko be leaving The Valley cast?

According to The U.S. Sun, Danny and Nia bought their new 2,800 square foot home on March 17. Featuring five bedrooms and three baths, the new house has a large backyard where the kids can play, as well as a pool.

Though Nia previously insisted she didn’t want to move to Santa Clarita, as it’s 30 miles from downtown LA, apparently she change her mind. Since she wanted to have at least one more child, Danny was able to convince her to make the move.

Already parents to son Asher, 3, and twin daughters Isabelle and Zariah, almost 2, the couple announced in December that Nia was pregnant with baby number four. For Nia, it was something of a surprise, since she’d previously been diagnosed with “unexplained infertility.”

Following the uncertain future of Vanderpump Rules, its spinoff series The Valley was immediately popular with fans when it debuted in 2024. But with Season 2 suffering an inexplicable drop in the ratings, a threatened Season 3 cast shake-up looms.

“It’s too early to say how things will go next season,” an insider told The U.S. Sun. “They still have a lot of this season to get through, but the ratings decline has been a big blow for the show … Some people won’t return and new ones will be added. Who that will be is still to be determined.”

Could Danny and Nia be casualties of the cast shake-up now that they no longer live in The Valley? Only time will tell.

The Valley airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo in the US and on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
