Season 2 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives left viewers with a ton of unanswered questions. Demi Engemann’s feud with Taylor Frankie Paul and her attempts to force Taylor out of MomTok were … vicious. During the finale, Layla Taylor met with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette. And fans were floored by his bombshell news.
Earlier, Demi, Jessi Ngatikaura, Jen Affleck, Mikayla Matthews, and Layla went to Castello Rosato in Italy. Their trip was featured on Vanderpump Villa. After Demi hung out with Marciano, he made no secret of his attraction to her and hinted they had an affair.
However, Layla was shocked when Marciano alleged that he had an affair with Jessi. No one saw that coming! Demi and Jessi’s friendship crumbled after Jessi discovered Demi’s betrayal. Sending business away from your best friend’s hair salon? Not a good look.
Now we know that Hulu will stream the reunion special on July 1, 2025. The show’s promo stated that “#MomTok and #DadTok” will convene “to uncover secrets and scandals, never-before-seen footage, and a surprise announcement.”
Meanwhile, it sounded as if all the ladies would appear. Hulu’s Instagram showed the cast members in their reunion finery. However, one prominent member wasn’t shown: Demi. Could this mean that Demi won’t be joining her co-stars? Or is this meant to build suspense and buzz around the reunion? Hopefully, we will learn some additional details soon!
