Expected to give birth any day now, Kristen Doute and her fiancé Luke Broderick definitely needed more space. Fortunately, The Valley stars found a three-bedroom home to rent in North Hollywood and are getting it ready for their daughter.
The 1,800-square-foot mid-century modern is located in a quiet neighborhood and includes a yard with a pool. According to property records, Kristen is paying $6,200 a month for the rental.
“Nestled in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Valley Village,” read the listing, “this delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and location.”

Kristen and Luke moved into the home in August 2024. Viewers of The Valley saw the couple preparing to move in during a Season 2 episode. In a tour for the cameras, Kristen pointed out crystals she’d placed “all around the house” and her favorite feature: “two refrigerators.”
Though the couple eventually plan to move out of California to raise their daughter, a source told The U.S. Sun, “[Kristen and Luke] will spend most of the year in California.”
Luke owns a large five-bedroom home in Colorado Springs, and they plan to much of their time there. “They want the baby to have that sense of normalcy … that you can’t get in Los Angeles,” the insider added.
“Luke has been very open about wanting to raise the baby in Colorado and not LA,” the source continued. “He doesn’t feel at home in LA, and Kristen knows that.”
But Kristen has lived in LA for nearly 20 years and considers it home now. She originally moved to California from Michigan to pursue a career in modeling and acting.
However, she promised Luke that they would raise their baby away from the craziness of Los Angeles. So whenever they aren’t filming for The Valley, they’ll be at their home in Colorado.
Should The Valley be renewed for a third season, Kristen and Luke will “still absolutely be part of the show.” The plan is to live in LA while the show is filming.
But the rest of the year, Colorado will be home.
The Valley airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo in the US and streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
