Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise will be on our screens soon in all its sandy glory. The cast is filled with some recent fan favorites. Also along for the ride are some cast members from older seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. It doesn’t hurt to mix things up, right? However, this is the first time that we have some Golden Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants hitting the beach. So, who should get their sunscreen and bathing suits ready?
Which Golden Bachelor and Bachelorette cast are joining Bachelor in Paradise?
Four ladies and six men will all be joining the BIP chaos for Season 10. The Golden Bachelorette alums are Kim, RJ, Jack, CK (Charles K), Gary, and Keith. These gentlemen all competed for Joan Vassos’ heart during Season 1.
Next, we have The Golden Bachelor alums who didn’t find love with star Gerry Turner. Leslie, April, Natascha, and Kathy will all be trying to find their person while hanging out in a lovely new BIP location. While the first nine seasons of the show were filmed in Mexico, Season 10 has moved to new digs in Costa Rica.
Plus, Bachelorette star Hannah Brown will have a new role in BIP this season. She will be running the brand-new Champagne Lounge and handling “guest relations.” Hannah previously explained, “I think of myself as Paradise Relations. I am there to make sure that whatever people need, whatever experience that they’re supposed to have, I’m going to be there.”
There has been some controversy about including the Golden stars in Season 10 of BIP. Some feel like the age disparity makes the dynamics awkward. Look – it is already awkward, so I say whoever finds love, have at it! If Season 10 garners poor reviews, maybe a Golden Bachelor in Paradise would be just what the fan base craves.
Bachelor in Paradise returns on Monday, July 7 at 8:00 p.m. on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu.
