Season 12 of Below Deck is only three episodes in. Yet, one yachtie has already walked the plank, and various signs are now indicating that others might soon follow. Captain Kerry Titheradge has his work cut out for him this season, as we can all see. So, who did he have to cut loose during Below Deck Season 12 Episode 3?
Who got fired on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 3?
Nobody got fired. However, Bosun Caio Poltronieri is now in the hot seat after Below Deck Season 12 Episode 3.
When we first met Caio, he came across as a fun-loving Bosun. Then, we saw him failing to use his radio properly in Episode 1. Next, he left his guest’s luggage at the pier, making fans admit that rough waters were likely ahead for Caio.
During Episode 2, Captain Kerry needed strong communication from the deck team. A bridge lives nearby, and she is a beast to pass through. Thankfully, Captain Kerry cleared this bridge in Episode 2. But he made sure to note that Caio needed to work on his communication skills shortly after.
Sadly, Below Deck Season 12 Episode 3 saw further issues from Caio that are now frustrating his team, as breaks are not happening in this department. Similarly, Caio gave inaccurate information to the Captain about a snorkeling location. He also brought the guests back to the yacht super early from an excursion. Cue Captain Kerry calling Caio into his wheelhouse, issuing a strict warning for his Bosun.
Caio needs to self-correct. If he cannot, he will soon face a firing on Below Deck.
