Next Gen NYC star Brooks Marks is notoriously private about his personal life. It took him several seasons on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City before he even had a conversation about who he was dating. And as we’ve learned on Next Gen NYC, Brooks is not a fan of people commenting about his life on the internet. But it seems Brooks has had a change of heart about sharing some of his love life. Read on to find out about Brooks’ new boyfriend, Kade Thomas.
Who is Brooks Marks’ boyfriend Kade?
Kade started dating Brooks after they met at Sundance in Park City, Utah. Currently, Kade lives in both Austin and Los Angeles. However, he frequently visits Brooks in NYC.
In Episode 2 of Next Gen NYC, Brooks lamented about the internet commenting about his sexuality when he first filmed RHOSLC. He said, “Trying to come into your own is difficult enough, but let alone when thousands of people are weighing in on it, giving their unsolicited opinion about someone they’ve seen five minutes of on TV definitely cuts a lot deeper.”
However, Brooks is now comfortable dishing about his new man. He gushed, “The big news is I have a boyfriend! Kade and I met in Park City. I was out with my mom during Sundance, and out of the corner of my eye I saw the most handsome man.” And Brooks was not kidding. Kade is super cute!
Brooks continued, “We danced like all night long, we had a little kiss. He’s the most incredible boyfriend ever. But he lives between Austin and LA. So, every time he’s here, I’m like, ‘What can I do to make you never want to leave again?’”
We then got a peek into their relationship when Kade visited Brooks’ apartment in NYC. Kade spotted Brooks as he climbed up to clean the tops of his cabinets and he watched on as Brooks swept the stovetop. Kade joked, “You’re vacuuming your appliances. I’ve never seen this before.”
