90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 is finally here! With new couples and fresh drama, the Season 9 premiere certainly didn’t disappoint. While all of the featured couples have been on previous seasons, it’s been a while since viewers have seen some of them. Some of these couples have been through a lot of change since the last time they were featured on screen. While the premiere had a lot of shocking moments, these four revelations were the most surprising.
Gino Palazzolo is exploring his side of his open marriage with Jasmine Pineda
On 90 Day: The Last Resort Season 2, Gino Palazzolo agreed to have an open marriage with his wife Jasmine Pineda. Of course, we now know that Jasmine ended up having a baby with Matt Branistareanu, whom she brought into the open marriage. However, the events of Happily Ever After? Season 9 were filmed before Jasmine knew she was pregnant.
At the beginning of the premiere, Gino flew to Las Vegas to meet a woman named Natalie. The two had previously connected online and Gino felt it was ready to explore his own connections in his open marriage. However, Gino wasn’t upfront with Natalie about his situation. While he did tell her he kicked Jasmine out of the house after a fight, he didn’t tell her he was currently in an open marriage. It will be interesting to see how Natalie takes the news once Gino comes clean.
Elizabeth Castravet is planning to move to Moldova for Andrei Castravet
Elizabeth Castravet and her husband Andrei Castravet are one of the most popular 90 Day Fiancé couples. After meeting in Ireland, Andrei eventually moved to America on a K1 visa to be with Elizabeth. While Andrei was working in Ireland at the time, he is originally from Moldova. Andrei adjusted well to life in America but struggled to get along with Elizabeth’s family.
During the premiere, Elizabeth revealed that she agreed to move to Moldova with Andrei. She explained that she wanted him to be closer to his family, while Andrei added that the move would help them financially. Andrei also revealed that he and Elizabeth had cut ties with the majority of her family, giving them more of an incentive to move. While moving abroad is always an interesting option, Elizabeth and Andrei’s plans to move to Moldova seemingly came out of nowhere.
Kara Rojer and Guillermo Rojer’s marriage has hit a difficult point
Viewers last saw Kara Rojer and her husband Guillermo Rojer on 90 Day Fiancé Season 9. After moving to America with Kara, Guillermo was excited to start a new life. Shortly after Season 9 wrapped filming, the couple welcomed their son Nicolas. Since then, however, their marriage has slowly taken a turn for the worse.
The couple revealed that they are currently sleeping in separate rooms due to the strain on their marriage. Kara explained that she and Guillermo have been fighting, partially due to Guillermo not settling down with a steady career. Guillermo, on the other hand, expressed that the marriage felt nothing like it used to. While Kara and Guillermo both admitted that they wanted to fix things, it looks like they have a long way to go.
Darcey Silva is worried about Georgi Rusev’s expectations of her on their trip to Bulgaria
Darcey Silva is back for Season 9 with her new husband Georgi Rusev. After breaking up and getting back together multiple times, Darcey and Georgi have finally found their footing. The newlyweds are getting ready to take a trip to Georgi’s home country of Bulgaria, which he hasn’t been to in thirteen years. Darcey has been waiting for years to meet Georgi’s family, so she’s excited for this new chapter.
During the premiere, however, Georgi let Darcey know that she would have to make some adjustments before the trip. Georgi’s main concern is the way Darcey dresses. He’s worried that her flashy and revealing clothes will make his family feel uncomfortable and asked Darcey to dress more conservatively for the trip. Darcey seemed shocked by the request and insisted that no one could take her flashiness away from her. In order to make a good impression on Georgi’s family, Darcey will have to meet her husband in the middle to make things work.
