It looks like love can happen on reality TV, especially if you aren’t from the same season, or the same country. Still, when it works out, it’s beautiful. That’s what Love Island USA former winner Olivia Kaiser proved with Love Island alum Theo Campbell. The couple just shared that they are expecting their first child together.
It looks like the odds are greatly increased when you aren’t competing in the same season. After all, Love Island USA doesn’t have a great batting average when it comes to longevity. Currently only two of the six winning couples are still together. The first four winners split up not long after leaving the villa.

But it’s not always a miss. Sometimes love conquers all. Season 6 winners Kordell Beckham and Serena Page are proving that. And even the winning couple from Season 5 of the USA version of the show are still going strong.
And now, love has crossed the pond. Olivia, who appeared on The Challenge and won Love Island USA in Season 3, may not have worked out with Korey Gandy, but she did find love with another Love Island alum from the UK.
She and Theo shared the sweet news that they are expecting their first baby on social media.
“Our sweetest little secret,” Olivia captioned a carousel of photos. “We’ve been enjoying some time off the grid — embracing the quiet, the love, and the magic of what’s to time. Now it’s time to let you in on the journey. Our little one is arriving soon.”
The photos were from the couple’s maternity shoot and showed them in a lush field beside a lake. One photo revealed the sonogram while another shared child’s due date as December 5th.
Theo also shared the photos on his social media. And Olivia shared an IG story that they would be uploading a YouTube video very soon.
The couple began dating in June 2024 with Olivia gushing about Theo. “He not only accepts but encourages me to be 100% myself. I’m never TOO much or not enough.”
