Just when it felt like The Valley couldn’t get any messier, Season 2, Episode 13 delivered one of the most intense and emotionally charged confrontations of the season. Lines were drawn, and friendships were shaken. Fans watched as Kristen Doute found herself in the center of yet another Bravo firestorm. This time, the drama centered on Janet Caperna’s serious accusation against Danny Booko and Kristen’s fierce defense of him.
If you thought this group was just a chilled-out version of Vanderpump Rules, think again. This boat cruise had more drama than a fight in the SUR alley. This episode tackled something far more serious than birthday party snubs or relationship squabbles. And the fallout? It’s already lighting up social media with outrage, hot takes, and plenty of questions about accountability, loyalty, and what it means to speak up.
Janet Caperna accuses Danny Booko of sexual assault in The Valley S2E13

Things took a hard left turn when Janet brought forward a disturbing allegation against Danny. One that she said had been weighing on her for some time even though she wasn’t privy to the incident. While on a boat cruise, Kristen and Janet once again got into a fight. This bit isn’t shocking. But Janet, out of left field, tossed Danny and his Halloween butt grab into the mix, leaving viewers and Kristen speechless. In a side-clipped conversation a week earlier, Janet is seen telling Zack Wickham a different version. “I know what he did, and it wasn’t right. There was a second time, a group of fans. And Danny had one too many, and he was being inappropriate.
She then claimed Danny said, “Nia will always be up here, but I have a weakness for hot girls in little skirts.” Janet kept defaming Danny’s character. Back in her confessional, she added, “Unfortunately for Danny, the definition of what he did was sexual assault. Having a lawyer for a husband is tough because if you use the legal terms for stuff, people get really upset. Should I say he got handsy? Molested? Groped?” Janet didn’t seem to understand that she was doing exactly the same thing she was mad at Kristen for. The former PA is rattling the cage, and finally, Crazy Kristen took the bait.
Kristen erupts in Booko’s defense

Kristen has never been one to sit quietly during a confrontation and immediately jumped to Danny’s defense. She was loud, emotional, and without hesitation. Her reaction was explosive. She accused Janet of exaggerating, questioned her timing, and even implied that the accusation was meant to create drama for the show. Viewers watched as Kristen’s voice rose and her body language turned combative. “I did it cause you were attacking Danny and Nia,” she yelled. Kristen was clearly concerned with the content of Janet’s rumors.
To be fair, Kristen’s emotions didn’t come from nowhere. She and Danny have been tight since day one. And sexual assault is a big accusation to throw around. For his part, Danny has addressed the situation with Jasmine Goode and apologized. Janet really should be minding her own business. Kristen and the rest of the group, minus the Capernas, appeared visibly shaken by the confrontation. This episode of The Valley wasn’t just dramatic. It was disturbing, uncomfortable, and deeply revealing. Kristen showed incredible strength by standing up for what was right. And Janet showed that she still hasn’t learned when to listen instead of react.
As the season barrels towards its finale, fans are left wondering what comes next. Will Danny address the accusation head-on? He’s tried that a few times and seems to be steamed roll by the rumors. Will Kristen apologize for her outburst (Hell no)? And will the rest of the cast finally take a stand for something other than their brunch plans? One thing’s for sure: The Valley just proved it’s not afraid to go there. And Bravo viewers? They’re watching and taking notes.
The Valley is available to stream on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
