Season 2 of The Valley has Nia Sanchez and husband Danny Booko contemplating adding to their brood. One reason that the beauty pageant queen wanted to have another child sooner than later was so that she could then focus on getting her body back.
In real time, the Bookos welcomed daughter Adelaide in June 2025. Perhaps Nia will consider going forward with the triple board-certified plastic surgeon that she met with on the July 15 episode of The Valley. Meanwhile this season, Danny and Nia are feuding with Janet Caperna over her relentless critique of Danny’s alleged issues with alcohol.
Nia Sanchez shares her list of things to fix after kids
Whatever the Miss USA winner ends up choosing, The Valley fans got to view the consultation on the recent episode. Nia and Danny met with Dr. Raffi Hovsepian. The Valley mom revealed that her focus for surgery is her “breasts.”
“They used to be beautiful and perky and great, and now I feel like they are down to my belly button. My next concern is my stomach,” she explained.
Dr. Raffi considered that breast feeding three kids could cause “extreme damage” to the tissue. Nia got very emotional upon hearing that, and had to wipe away tears.
“I really thought my boobs would bounce back,” Nia shared. “I try not to even look at myself in the mirror that often because I know what they used to be.”
Danny said, “It’s just insane what your body goes through. I’m just so proud of you. My No. 1 goal is to see you happy.”
The voice actor was very supportive to Nia during the visit. Prior to meeting with the doctor, he told his wife that she’s a “fricken smoke show.” Despite the sentiment, the Bravolebrity lamented that she has yet to “feel good in clothes again.”
Nia explained, “With the right bra, it’s great. But then, I’m at home and I don’t love how I look. I’m nowhere near pre-baby sizes yet.”
Her time in pageantry seemed to have an affect on her body goals now. Nia revealed in confessional that she is “very much at a crossroads.” If she ended up having a fourth child, she would “want a mommy makeover.”
“Being a former Miss USA, it’s always in my head. People feel like there’s a right to judge you. A lot of who I am revolves around if I’m fit or not. I want to love what I’m seeing and I don’t love what I see in the mirror right now,” Nia concluded.
