After kissing her share of frogs, The Bachelorette alum Hannah Brown has finally married her prince. She and (now former) fiancé Adam Woolard tied the knot overlooking the French Riviera at the Domaine du Mont Leuze on July 26.
Though she had 30 Bachelors to choose from on The Bachelorette Season 15, it wasn’t until after the show that she met her new husband on a dating app. The pair publicly confirmed they were dating on Valentine’s Day 2021, and they got engaged on August 24, 2023.
Hannah Brown and Adam Woolard’s wedding was “timeless”
The wedding in the South of France was attended by 101 of the couple’s closest friends and family. “We wanted something really timeless and classic, and really just the celebration of our love with our friends and family,” Hannah told People.
The bride, who continued her relationship with The Bachelor franchise by appearing as the Head of Paradise Relations on Bachelor in Paradise Season 10, admitted that planning a wedding in another country was “crazy.” Fortunately, her groom came to her rescue and “really stepped up, probably more than most grooms have had to.”
Working with their wedding planner, the most important thing was making sure their “intimate” wedding was “as intentional as possible.”
“We want our community to feel loved and appreciated,” Hannah said. “But we also have to make sure the day’s about us and we feel connected.”
Now that they’re officially married, the newlyweds look forward to moving in together. Despite not being the norm these days, the traditional couple chose not to live together before their marriage.
The pastor of their Nashville church flew to France to officiate their wedding. “Our faith is very important to us and has just continued to be the center pillar for our relationship,” Hannah explained. “To have our marriage blessed with our pastor and our church community there, that was really important to us.”
Following the sit-down dinner reception, the newly-married couple left for their honeymoon in Croatia.
