Tonight on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 9, one charter guest faces the ultimate task: get sober and exit the yacht peacefully, or wind up in handcuffs. Yes, alcohol was at play. But who is this charter guest? And why are they now facing an arrest on Below Deck?
During Below Deck Season 12 Episode 9, we met a new group of charter guests. This group is loud with a penchant for a good time. As for the primaries, this is their second time on board this series. However, Helen Hoey and Richard Fiore are not the problem here.
Which guest is facing arrest on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 9?
Instead, their friend Kelly Furey is the one who is currently making waves for this crew. Wildly enough, while gazing at their preference sheet headshots in the crew mess, Bárbara Kulaif even tells Captain Kerry Titheradge that Kelly is her bet as their future problem child. Kelly wore a particular shade of pink lipstick that spelled trouble to Bárbara. On this, her instincts proved accurate within the first day of their charter.
While eating lunch, Kelly quickly began slurring her words. Then, she started talking about her desire to board the Banana Boat. After Fraser Olender told Kelly that she needed to be sober to partake in this activity, Kelly grew confident that this statement was not for her. She has friends in the FBI after all, so Kelly can do as she pleases; or so she thinks.
Cue Fraser notifying Captain Kerry that they have a problem. Following Kelly out to the swim platform, Captain Kelly urges the deck team to get a life jacket onto Kelly. But Kelly is a slippery one. She jumps into the ocean, despite the warnings not to from Captain Kerry and his crew.
After taunting Jess Theron to chase her, Kelly finally gets back on the yacht. Here, Captain Kerry ends her charter while tasking his deck team with holding her in a room until the police can arrive. Once the police arrive, Kelly receives a choice. She can either exit the yacht willingly with them and call it a day, or she can continue fighting and face an arrest.
We will have to wait until next week to learn what Kelly decides…
