When Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 reunion airs, we might be meeting a brand-new Larsa Pippen. The day before the reunion taping, the reality star made an appearance on Good Night NYC, seemingly showcasing some new cosmetic work. Her face looked more pumped than ever, and fans had some thoughts. So, a plastic surgeon weighed in with his ideas on what she probably had done.

Of course, Larsa’s cosmetic surgeries have always been somewhat of a mystery for RHOM fans. She left Season 1 with one face, and then came back to Bravo in Season 4 looking completely different from head to toe. After her appearance on Good Night NYC, some RHOM fans felt concerned that she was starting to take things a step in the wrong direction.
One fan wrote on Twitter/X, “Is this picture for real? If so, WOW! Why doesn’t she see what’s happening to her face? It’s so distorted now. Her injector is lying to her and should be fired, and Larsa has got to dissolve some of this filler.”
“Larsa debuts a new face for every relationship,” quipped another fan.
With that in mind, Daily Mail went to an expert to try to figure out what happened here. They interviewed a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon named Dr. Kahn, and he theorized that Larsa got some fresh filler.
“It looks like she has gotten some fresh fillers for summer,” Dr. Kahn explained. ‘Her lips are swollen, so she likely had plenty of filler on both the top and bottom lips for a fuller feeling.’
He added, “It is also likely she had Botox on her forehead because there is not one line, even when she smiles.”
Despite the online chatter, Dr. Kahn said that Larsa’s work looked “perfect.” He said the filler was settling in exactly as intended, so you can save your criticism. Larsa is achieving her vision.
