Brittany Cartwright Teases Special Forces Season 4: ‘Hardest Thing I’ve Ever Done’

Questionable food, no sleep, and pooping outside — Brittany Cartwright truly went through the wringer on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4.

She’s one of the 18 celebrities pushing their limits against harsh environments, grueling physical challenges, and relentless interrogations. The show is no joke, and Brittany recently opened up about her experience. Spoiler alert: she shed more than one tear throughout the ordeal.

Brittany Cartwright cried “at least three times” during Special Forces Season 4

Brittany sat down with her old Vanderpump Rules castmate Tom Schwartz on the August 12 episode of PodcastOne’s Detox Retox. Schwartz felt curious to hear all about Brittany’s experience on Special Forces Season 4. Why did she do it in the first place, and how many times did she poop outside?

“It was something to push myself with everything going on in my life. It felt like something that was needed. I was like “Let me just try it,” Brittany explained.

Brittany didn’t answer the poop question, but she said she prepared for Season 4 by watching previous seasons, particularly Season 2 with her fellow VPR alum, Tom Sandoval. That gave her an idea of what to expect, but it didn’t make things any easier.

“It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life,” Brittany said. “I’ve been very open about heights and how that terrifies me, so doing different things like that, I’m proud of myself.”

Brittany went on to say that the food wasn’t great, and neither was the sleep. On a scale of one to 10, she rated the sleep a solid two. That in itself would be enough to make someone cry.

“[I cried] at least three times,” Brittany admitted to Schwartz.

Of course, Brittany couldn’t spill too much about the upcoming season. We’ll have to tune in to see how far she lasts. She did, however, say that despite the brutal challenges, she’s happy that she had the experience.

“Oh my God, I’m so glad I did it,” Brittany told Tom. “I pushed myself to do things I never thought I could do.”

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 hits Fox on Thursday, September 25 at 9/8c.
