Katie Ginella is not making many friends this season on Real Housewives of Orange County. Likewise, many fans also feel divided about her. Quite a few viewers believe that she is planting stories while lying up a storm, trying to avoid accountability for her actions. Now, Amir Yass, her former publicist, is also weighing in on this debate, and from the sounds of it, he is not a fan of all things Katie.
Amir Yass says Katie Ginella is “not the Katie on TV”
Capitalizing on the drama that Katie is currently bringing on RHOC, the Just Sayin with Justin Martindale podcast hosted Amir for a chat. This man held nothing back. Hopefully, his little tell-all session puts all of his current and future clients on alert. But discretion be d*mned, this is everything Amir had to say regarding his former client, Katie.
“Katie f*cked me over. Basically, she wanted me to help her with PR. I’ve worked with a lot of A-List celebrities. So I understand delusion to some extent,” Amir began.
“She’s like, ‘I want to be on Good Morning America as a co-host.’ Let’s aim lower [Amir reportedly pressed]. You were on the golf channel. We’ve got to aim lower.”
“Then, she called me on a random day, just about to sign the contract [for RHOC]. She’s like, ‘Alex Baskin said I can’t be seen with you because I’m feeding you information.” Here, Justin interjected, recalling that this narrative has been something Katie has stood accused of this “whole season!”
Additionally, Amir claims he got Katie into the front row during Fashion Week. “But that was before Katie was told she can’t be seen with Amir. “She’s like, ‘Oh, can I still go?’ No b*tch. You go with me. In what world?!”
Not finished, Amir states that “Katie is a different person on camera than in real life. Katie’s entertaining to watch, but [she’s] lying to everyone,” Amir declared.
