RHOM’s Lisa Hochstein Reveals Real Reason She Unfollowed Marcus Jordan Amid Larsa Pippen Feud

Without even knowing it, Marcus Jordan caused a lot of issues between Larsa Pippen and Lisa Hochstein. The Real Housewives of Miami stars have been feuding most of the season, and a lot of it goes back to Marcus and to Lisa being “disloyal.” Now, Lisa has finally unfollowed Marcus on social media, but it’s not for the reason you’d think.

Larsa and Lisa’s feud goes back to the beginning of the season. The reason? Lisa and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, remained friends with Larsa’s ex-boyfriend, Marcus. This betrayal set Larsa off. She called Lisa disloyal and put her on blast. Theoretically, Lisa should have just unfollowed Marcus then and there, but she didn’t.

Why did Lisa Hochstein really unfollow Marcus Jordan?

Larsa and Marcus split up in March 2024. She expected her friends to support her and essentially part ways with him as well (including unfollowing him on social media). But Lisa and Jody remained in touch, which Larsa felt was essentially betrayal.

So, after all the push and pull, what made Lisa finally unfollow Marcus? She shared her reasons during Episode 12 of RHOM Season 2 After Show. Lisa talked about her “emotional” and long-awaited decision.

The actual unfollowing happened while the girls were in Seville, Spain. The RHOM girls found out that Lisa was still dragging her feet and refusing to unfollow Marcus on social media. Honestly, it seemed like a strange hill for her to die on, but she was adamant.

All the other girls appeared to be at wits’ end and were already telling her to just unfollow him because it cast a whole dark cloud over the entire group. Finally, Lisa relented. She pushed the unfollow button alongside Guerdy Abraira, Kiki Barth, and Adriana de Moura.

“I’m like, ‘Who cares?’ Unfollow,” Lisa said. “I didn’t do it for Larsa. I did it for everybody else to have peace.” Honestly, Lisa may have said “who cares,” but she obviously did for her to delay it this long.

“Halle-f*cking-lujah,” Marysol Patton said. “Because seriously, it was stupid. At least it finally happened.” (Amen!) She added, “It was the right thing to do as a friend.”

“I am happy to be part of it (the unfollowing),” Kiki joked. “But damn it took like five years, 365 days later, and three people to literally beg Lisa to do it.” She’s not wrong!

So does this mean that Larsa and Lisa will go back to being BFFs? Only time will tell, but it does seem like there’s still a lot of drama to unpack between the two.

The Real Housewives of Miami airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo. The show streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
