Once again, 2025 has been an eventful year for the royal family. Kate Middleton has been focusing on healing after her grueling cancer battle. So, the return of a beloved tradition will no doubt make her holiday brighter.
In addition, Prince William, Kate, and their children are planning a big move. The family is reportedly leaving their present home, Adelaide Cottage, in favor of Forest Lodge. The new home is located in Windsor Estate. According to a source, the couple wants their children to be “raised in a real family home.”
Kate Middleton will host Together at Christmas in 2025

PEOPLE reported that The Royal Foundation has confirmed that Kate will once again host the Together at Christmas concert. The foundation said, “To close 2025, the Together at Christmas will once again aim to bring together communities across the UK to celebrate people who have gone out of their way to help others with even more impactful local services.”
The event features musical performances by celebrities, traditional carols, and readings with a holiday vibe. This festive concert is usually held at Westminster Abbey in the early part of December. It is televised later and available to stream.
During last year’s concert, Prince William, actor Richard E. Grant, and actress Sophie Okonedo gave readings. Singers Paloma Faith, Gregory Porter, and Olivia Dean performed. Members of the Royal Ballet also performed, as did pianist Rosie Chan, and some young musicians.
In 2021, Kate began hosting the concert. Last year, the event had an audience of over 1,600 local charity workers and volunteers. After the concert, Kate gave all the guests in the audience an Order of Service. They also received a letter from Kate.
Since Kate has been focusing on her family, health, and wellness, this comforting tradition is a wonderful way to usher in the holidays.
