In March 2024, fans of Sister Wives were stunned and heartbroken when news broke that Garrison Brown had taken his own life.
The Brown family fractured during the Covid epidemic. Isolated with wife number four, Robyn Brown, and her children, patriarch Kody Brown ignored the relationships with his other 13 children. Seemingly taking it the hardest, Garrison fell into deep depression and substance abuse.
Now Garrison’s brother, Paedon Brown, is coming forward to share some new information about their dad. Is he finally ready to talk about what took place at his brother’s funeral, which was shown in Season 19, Episode 25?

Christine Brown’s son Paedon doesn’t hold back when he has something to say. In a recent interview, he answered fans’ questions regarding his dad and their current relationship.
“I keep seeing this, ‘Do you talk to your dad?'” Paedon said. “A, first of all, would ya hate me if I did talk to him? B, no. Last time I talked to him was a while ago. Last time I had an actual physical conversation with him was at [Garrison’s] funeral.”
“Not gonna talk about that,” he added, “cause it did not go the way that it could have gone. But it went a lot better than it could have gone … It went the way it went.”
Other than that cryptic description, Paedon declined to elaborate on his conversation with Kody. Viewers can only hope that we’ll see more of Paedon’s issues with Kody when Season 20 premieres on September 28. Perhaps the cameras caught their conversation, so we can get the full scoop.
Meanwhile, Garrison’s mom, Janelle Brown, is moving on with her life. She not only left Kody, but she moved to North Carolina to be closer to her daughter Madison Brown Brush. Janelle is grandma to Maddie’s four children and looks forward to watching them grow.
