This is some stiff competition in Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars. From Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles to Australian heartthrob Robert Irwin, there’s just no telling who will win the mirrorball. After all, DWTS viewers know that it’s wise to always expect the unexpected.
Among this star-studded cast is iconic actress Elaine Hendrix. Paired with pro dancer Alan Bersten, fans will finally get to see her skills on the dance floor. And, according to her, it will be well worth the wait.

Both Elaine and Alan recently commented on how their DWTS journey together is going so far. With the premiere for the season days away, they are coming out of the gate with pure confidence.
“Our first dance is going to be phenomenal. It’s gonna be voteworthy,” she told Extra.
Alan shared the same sentiment as Elaine did, also chiming in to applaud the actress for giving it her all.
“She’s doing phenomenal. We’re having a blast, but on top of that she’s doing such a good job with coping with the dancing and just giving everything she has.”
Hopefully, though, she will be getting some downtime in between rehearsals and performances. Her competitor and Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck recently revealed her physical hardship during the process. Elaine is already sharing that pain, adding that, “I’m really, really sore … but that comes with the territory … I haven’t ended up in the hospital yet.” Get the ice baths ready!
Dancing with the Stars Season 34 will premiere on Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. on ABC and Disney+. It will stream on Hulu the next day.
