Aesha Scott fans are getting spoiled this fall. Not only is the Chief Stew returning to the Below Deck franchise for Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10, but she’s also been flexing her skills on a different reality TV show. For the past few days, there’s been new episodes of The Amazing Race Australia. Season 6 is a celebrity edition, with a who’s who of TV personalities and decorated athletes.
Among the contestants is the dream team, Aesha and her fiancé Scott Dobson. Since he’s never made a cameo on Below Deck, this is the first time fans have seen them on-screen together. The first few challenges haven’t been easy, but the latest episode’s task was one that Aesha has been training for her whole life.
Aesha Scott finds “job satisfaction” in the dirty cleaning jobs
In Season 6, Episode 3, teams were asked to scrub off dirty roof tiles in order to help rebuild a temple in Kathmandu. And while everyone looked miserable scrubbing the pieces, Aesha was genuinely thrilled to have the cleaning job.
“This actually makes me so happy. My whole career has been working on super yachts, and the standard of cleanliness is outrageously high,” she explained in the episode.
The reality TV star also revisited a disgusting guest experience she will never forget.
“A few charters ago, I had to clean someone’s hard poo out of the drain. I had to get it out with my fingers. There was hair caught all through it. But you know what? I found a lot of job satisfaction in that.“
Speaking for all Below Deck fans, it’s a good thing that scene never made the final edit.
