Ben Affleck’s breakup with Jennifer Lopez may not have been as amicable as we thought.
On the surface, the director of Argo has shown nothing but class about the split with Jennifer, but when the cameras are off, it’s apparently quite different.
Ben seems not to be taking too kindly to his ex-wife, as he is ignoring her calls and messages. “It’s so demeaning and rude,” one source said.
The couple were married in 2022 but officially divorced less than three years later. They were previously engaged in the early 2000s, but eventually called off the engagement.

Another failed marriage might be too much for Ben to take. He was previously married to actress Jennifer Garner, with the couple having three kids together.
While JLo appears keen to remain friends with Ben, it doesn’t appear as though the feeling is mutual. “She’s stopped leaving messages or texts because he never answers,” a source told RadarOnline. The source goes on to say that Ben isn’t returning the singer’s calls.
She reached out to him last month to wish him a happy birthday, but Ben didn’t engage. That, according to the source, has been a normal reaction or lack thereof from the Good Will Hunting co-writer. Once in a while, he may ‘like’ a message she sends, but the source adds that “99.9 percent of the time, it’s all being handled by his lawyers or assistants.”
His cold shoulder behavior isn’t going over well with Jennifer. “It’s driving J.Lo absolutely batty,” the source said.
The silent treatment of his ex-wife has been extremely awkward by all accounts, and that is unlikely to change. The ex-couple is still trying to sell their Beverly Hills home, which is valued at $68 million.
At the same time, they’ll have to go out in public to promote the movie musical Kiss the Spider Woman. Jennifer is starring in the film with Ben, an executive producer. The movie is set to release in the United States on October 10.
