It’s happening! Lauren Conrad just announced that MTV’s hit 2000s reality show, Laguna Beach, will return next year for a reunion. The reunion is set for 2026, and all of our faves are confirmed to be a part of it. All of a sudden, we’re ready to blast Come Clean by Hillary Duff.
Lauren Conrad teased a 2026 Laguna Beach reunion
“Let’s go back to the beginning…,” Lauren teased on Instagram, along with a throwback photo of the Laguna Beach cast.
“Reuniting the cast of Laguna Beach, coming to the Roku Channel in 2026,” she continued.
In the picture, Lauren tagged all of the OG cast members, including Stephen Colletti and Lauren’s on-screen frenemy, Kristin Cavallari. According to a report from Deadline, they’ve all signed on for the reunion. Plus, you can expect to see Lo Bosworth, Talan Torriero, Trey Phillips, Christina Shuller, Dieter Schmitz, Jessica Smith, and Alex Hooser.
Although we’d love to see them back for a full season, a source confirmed this will be a two-hour special. Expect to see the cast reflect on behind-the-scenes moments from the show that cemented them in reality TV history.
The special is tentatively titled Roku Presents: The Laguna Beach Reunion. It’s all a part of Roku’s attempt to stay relevant in a world where its hardware is becoming obsolete. The company’s focus is on creating original programming. That includes a handful of reality shows. They’re betting on Laguna Beach to attract some more eyeballs.
Lauren, Stephen, and Kristin are credited as executive producers on the special. It will be available to stream for free on all Roku devices and via The Roku Channel sometime next year.
Laguna Beach is streaming on Paramount+.
