Four Bravolebrities entered Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4, but unfortunately, one of them went home in the first episode. Spoiler alert, but Brittany Cartwright from The Valley bowed out of the competition during the Season 4 finale. Even she saw that one coming.
The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright quits the first day
18 celebrities entered Season 4 of Special Forces, where they’re forced to endure weeks of militaristic training exercises. There’s no prize money or anything special that happens for making it to the end. You just get to pat yourself on the back. Perhaps that’s why Brittany couldn’t bring herself to make it through one episode.
In the Season 4 premiere, the celebs had to rappel from a helicopter and then run across the Moroccan desert carrying barrels of grain and bags of camping equipment. They had to set up the campground where they’ll be sleeping all season long, and Brittany felt exhausted about two seconds into the challenge.
“I’m, like, dying, sorry,” Brittany said, huffing and puffing. “I can’t. I don’t think I can make it.”
After completing the supply run, Brittany and the rest of her team were forced to run back to the camp. It was their punishment for being too slow in the challenge. The thought of more running sent Brittany into a spiral, which is totally understandable.
“I feel like I’m gonna pass out,” she told Special Forces trainer Jovon “Q” Quarles. “I’m sorry.”
Q tried to convince Brit to “dig deep” and find the strength to continue with the run. Otherwise, that meant she’d be bowing out of the competition. Brittany said she didn’t want to be the first to go, but she couldn’t continue.
“I can’t, I’m gonna throw up. I’m really sorry, I feel like sh*t,” Brit said as she threw in the towel.
Although Brit said she didn’t want to go home first, she admitted that she expected it. She knew she probably wouldn’t make it far, noting that she wasn’t “the fittest” she’s ever been in her life.
“I knew I was gonna be first,’ Brittany confessed. “I f*cking knew it. So embarrassing.”
Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test continues on Fox on Thursdays at 9/8c.
