After years of accusations thrown against them, Kim Kardashian and her mother have had enough.
Kim and Kris Jenner, are fed up with everything Ray J is saying about them publicly and are trying to put a stop to it. The rapper has said that his ex-girlfriend, Kim and her mom were the subject of a federal racketeering investigation.
It’s not the first time that Ray J has taken shots at the Kardashians. In 2022, he accused Kris of lying about her involvement in the release of his infamous sex tape with his daughter.

Ray J’s latest accusations are a step too far for the Kardashians. They’ve appointed Alex Spiro to represent them. In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the lawyer says that Ray is: “unable to accept the end of his fleeting relationship with Ms. Kardashian over 20 years ago.”
That came in response to Ray J saying, “If you told me the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.” According to the rapper, what Kim and Kris could be facing is worse than what Diddy is going through. P. Diddy was convicted in July on two counts of transportation for the purposes of prostitution.
According to Alex, neither of his clients ever filed a defamation lawsuit before, despite Ray J’s past claims. He adds that this false and serious allegation, though, left them with no choice.
The sex tape that Kim and Ray J made together in 2003 was obtained and made public four years later. Kim initially sued Vivid Entertainment for ownership of the tape, but eventually dropped the suit, settling the case for $5 million.
Ray J’s latest accusation reportedly left Kim baffled. In the lawsuit against the rapper, Kim and Kris are seeking unspecified compensation and punitive damages.
