Meghan Markle has delighted royal fans by sharing a rare update on six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet.
At a women’s event earlier this week, the Duchess of Sussex spoke openly about her hands-on parenting style and how she juggles this with being a CEO.
Meghan Markle has spoken about her “life-work balance”

Appearing at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit on Tuesday, 14th October, Meghan gave details on balancing her As ever business with being a mom.
“How do you decide what you lean into, as a CEO?” asked Alyson Shontell, Editor-in-Chief and Chief Content Officer of Fortune. “You want to be in charge of a lot, so how do you do that?”
“I think you have to work as a team,” Meghan replied, adding: “You’re only as solid as the rest of the people around you.” It’s because of that team, it seems, that Meghan has been able to juggle everything else, including parenthood.
“I want the life-work balance, if such a thing exists,” she continued. “I’m still going to go and chaperone the first-grade field trip and run back and try to finish the meetings.”
But it’s not just meetings Meghan dashes to and from while being a busy mom. The Duchess revealed she always prioritizes seeing her kids when she’s on business trips.
“You’ve been all over the place, and we were talking backstage about how yes, you’ve been to Europe, you were just in New York … and you made it home for one day to see your kids?” the summit host asked Meghan.
“Yes, I had to!” she replied. “We were talking about that because everyone said, ‘Oh, you must have gone from Paris straight to New York,’ and I said, ‘No, I need to see my babies.’ So went back to California for a day and then continued on.”
