Bella Hadid came out to share her side of the story after fans expressed concern over her struggling during the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She didn’t want fans to worry. At the same time, she wanted to address why her pace was a bit slower as she closed out the iconic show in her silver lingerie and gigantic matching white wings.

Bella caused a bit of online buzz with the way she closed out the VSFS 2025. Her walk was noticeably slower than her previous one. Several fans posted videos on TikTok analyzing her strut and wondering if the supermodel was okay.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bella took to Instagram stories and wrote, “Okay, we’re not going to pretend these wings weren’t 50 pounds but HOW BEAUTIFUL.” Obviously, she was going to have to change up her walk a bit to accommodate all the weight on her back.
Earlier in the show, Bella hit the runway in a stunning red lingerie set. In this outfit, she strutted confidently down the runway as Karol G sang her song Ivonny Bonita.
Then she came out to finish in a gorgeous silver set with the 50-pound wings. At one point, she even placed her hands on the straps of the wings as if to balance them better before continuing down the runway. And despite the slower pace and the slight struggle, she served sass and face!
Meanwhile, fans online were worried about the model, saying she looked like she was going to fall. The concern is understandable as she recently had a Lyme disease flare-up. Some fans said the model looked like she was in “survival mode.”
Other fans came to her defense, though, and said that they thought the wings were just heavy (spot on!). One said that the closing wings are always known to be “insane.”
