Season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is fast approaching, and I am here for it! The upcoming season has many questions to answer, and hopefully, some new secrets to reveal. And besties Mayci Neeley and Mikayla Matthews will no doubt be in the thick of the drama.
From the Season 3 SLOMW trailer, we know that the duo grills Vanderpump Villa alum Marciano Brunette about his alleged affair with Jessi Ngatikaura. These ladies were determined to get to the truth. And, recently, Mikayla and Mayci also embraced the Halloween spirit. And their costumes are legit.
Mikayla Matthews and Mayci Neeley looked incredible as Gossip Girl’s Serena and Blair
The friends dressed up as Gossip Girl characters for Halloween. While Mayci portrayed Serena van der Woodsen, Mikayla dressed as Blair Waldorf. Of course, the duo sported their best sexy, private school attire.
In addition, Mikayla posted a video to her Instagram and captioned it, “Our best costume yet @maycineeley.” In the clip, the character of Gossip Girl narrates, “All Hallows’ Eve. The one day of the year it’s socially acceptable to play dress-up.” Then the ladies started to dance. Of course, fans shouted their approval in the comments.
“You two win the internet,” one follower posted. “Welcome back gossip girls,” another added with fire and clapping emojis. “You and Leighton [Meester] are twins,” a third fan commented, referencing the actress who played Blair. Of course, Mikayla decided to pause her feud with SLOMW co-star Whitney Leavitt. Would Blair approve?
Meanwhile, Mayci shared a video of her costume via her Instagram. She lip-synched to a voice-over of Kristen Bell as Gossip Girl saying, “Because if looks could kill, we wouldn’t want to be Dan Humphrey.” Cue Mayci’s husband, Jacob Neeley, who came in and dipped his wife before kissing her.
While Mayci may try to avoid some of the fireworks on SLOMW, she embraced her inner Serena. “Soooo good,” a fan commented, while another wrote, “This is so so perfect!!”
Season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives drops on Thursday, November 13, on Hulu.
