Charlie Sheen recently provided more insight into the claim that he has hooked up with men. The actor first divulged this information during the debut of his aka Charlie Sheen documentary. The Two and a Half Men star revealed many of his secrets in both the film and his memoir, The Book of Sheen.
In both, Charlie provides details on his sexual encounters with men, saying it feels “f–king liberating” to go public with his same sex experiences after years of keeping them hidden.

On the October 29 episode of the “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” podcast, Charlie noted his documentary audience may have thought his confession referred to same sex intercourse. He describes sex as a “broad category,” and adds that his exploits weren’t as “graphic” as some may assume.
Further clarifying, Charlie insisted that the hookups, which took place in the height of his addiction, were not “full-fledged.” He explained, “I don’t want to be like, ‘OK, I did this thing, but this and that part of it didn’t happen.’ But it didn’t. I don’t know that that matters.”
The Golden Globe winner compared the trysts to those who experiment sexually in college, adding, “I never went to college, so maybe that explains it.”
After going public with his secret, Charlie realized it wasn’t the worst thing that could happen. “A train didn’t come through the side of the restaurant. A f*cking piano didn’t fall out of the sky. No one ran into the room and shot me.”
Charlie then became introspective about his experiences, eventually accepting them.
This wasn’t the first time the Platoon star went public with personal information. Charlie divulged his positive HIV status in 2015
Recently, sources have reported the Major League star is now dating a younger man. The couple met this past summer through mutual friends. Charlie was formerly married to Donna Peele, Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.
